No complain of the location, top. But a few below to show the real quality of the seda studio room -very thin wall, could hear next room very clearly -room has weird arrangement, TV only facing the bed, can't turn to sofa. -oversized dining table placement blocking access to the plugs and ports -toilet paper holder kept falling off -one of the elevators was jumpy, going up -housekeeping didn't replace towels after room cleaning -found sticker still stuck on the orange slice in my cocktail at the ground floor restaurant In short it's not worthy of the value you paid. Value for money hotel, ideal for a quick overnight at BGC. Don’t expect much for amenitiies as this hotel is not for that purpose. Location is great, rooms not small, not big but with a well thought layout for a decent place to sleep and wash.

We had a wonderful stay at Thompson Parksuites Tower 2. The place is perfect for a family of four — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had so far, and we will definitely be booking this place again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Great gem hidden in BGC. Walking distance to market market and uptown mall within 15min walk. Value for money.

The good: once I had the right room, it was great. Great location with a connection to the mall. Great view on a high floor. The bad: I was given the wrong room from the one I booked. The host did not respond until I eventually had to contact trip.com, and they were able to contact the host. Basically, I was able to get the corrwxt room the next day, which was great except for when i discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found in the room. I was given the wrong combo to the room and wouldn't have been able to enter if it wasn't for the help of the nice cleaner. The room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for cleaning after i arrived at checkin time. I had a LOT of problems with booking this place. If not for all the issues, it would have been great. The location is very central in Uptown and right next to the block of Uptown mall. There is an underpass which makes it easy and cool to get to the mall. It is already very near Mitsukoshi and right across Grand Hyatt. The staff are helpful although we had some hiccups about some appliance/things around the house that initially weren’t working. The househelp eventually came over but on our last full day. I still appreciate though all the help and dont mind going back. They have towels and house slippers so it’s very convenient to check in there and the price is fantastic for the length of stay, the location and space.

Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience. **Overall:** Grand Hyatt Manila offers a luxurious stay with a fantastic location and outstanding service from the staff. However, the lengthy check-out process is a notable drawback. If this aspect is addressed, the hotel would be nearly perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

It's very convenient to SM Aura, BGC, and St. Michael's Church. Lack of room amenities, but when prompted the reception, they are very good to bring the items to us, i.e., extra pillows, water bottles, rag for wet spots in the kitchen. They have separate room from the kitchen and the living room. We will come back again.

Anywhere you go on the Philippines expect to get great service. This place was no exception. From the moment our Grab car parked, an attendant came and took our bags right away. They always have someone opening the door for you and greeting you. Check in is on the 5th floor and not on the bottom floor with which we are used to. The room was clean but you can tell it needs an update. Some floor tiles in the bathroom had chips and the toilet seat was wobbly. We ordered room service our last night so we could pack and the food was amazing for the price point. I would definitely stay here again because it is so close to shops and restaurants and again the service is wonderful!
