The Family Room is just massive. Initially we had reservations when service desk gal mentioned our room will be in B1. B1? Who has a room down at the basement? Turns out it was massive and a very neat and tidy room. Service gal during my check in was a charm, took pains to explain to us the details plus what to enjoy in Taichung. Would recommend this to any family of 4 coming for a short stay in Taichung. Btw... Carrefour and Family mart all within 3 mins walk.

Hotel is clean and looks newly renovated. It’s a bit out of the tourist area of the Taichung station.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The size of the room is reasonably good and the location is accessible to the night market and to bus stop to get you to the downtown. Plus point, free laundry washing on Level 7!

Hotel is clean and opposite of Carrefour. 7-11 and Family Mart are of walking distance. Amenities are there and people are friendly.
