Best selection to stay and the hotel near Taibei main station approximate 3 minutes walk. Room is clean and comfortable also there’s windows.

Good location, easy to get by. Recommended if convenience is key. Room is slightly on the smaller side.

Room is a bit small but comfortable. Distance is abt 5min walk from the metro.

During our stay at Hotel Relax II for a duration of 6 days and 5 nights, we encountered an unpleasant situation upon entering our room. The toilet was infested with bugs and emitted a foul odor from the sewer. Consequently, we promptly proceeded to the reception desk to report the matter. Unfortunately, the reception staff failed to take any action to address the problem, leaving us with no choice but to handle the issue ourselves.

Room is clean, and the location is not far from Taipei main stations. There are many restaurants, and foods are available around. Self laundary is available within the facilities. One thing I would comment is the wifi a little bit slow.

The reception explain details in English not quite well but location of hotel and room is clean .

Is my second time staying with Relax II. The location is excellent as near to Taipei Main Station. The reception gentleman is very helpful and polite. Though the place is small but just perfect for me as a solo visitor. Will stay there again!

Nice location near Taipei Station, easy to get to different places

The location was good and near to the train station. However the shower area flood easily and need to wait for the water to drain off. Bed was lopsided and too soft too.

Overall the hotel was good only the WiFi was bad, cannot connect. The staff was friendly and approachable. Free flow coffee machine at the pantry and breakfast was good too thou is cold when we collect it, but can always make it hot using the microwave

Overall very nice stay. Stayed for a total 7 nights with 1 night break in between. Location is very walkable from taipei main station. Hotel room is not very big but still ok for 2 adult and 2 children with 2 big luggages. Hotel has coin operated washer n dryer as well as drinking water dispenser and hot drinks machine. Lots of food around the hotel. There are also bakery, salon, massage places all around. Very convenient. Staff are very friendly.

Very Convenience location. Nice clean room, provided good service, enjoy the stay.
