L'expérience globale au Beitou Hotel Royal a été agréable avec 3,5 étoiles sur 5,0, mais elle n'a pas atteint 4,0 étoiles pour moi.
L'enregistrement s'effectue au 6F, puis vous obtenez une chambre entre 7F et 10F. Il semble y avoir 11 chambres par étage (le numéro 4 est ignoré). Le massage et le spa sont au 11F tandis que la source chaude publique est au 12F et est accessible soit par ascenseur, soit par escaliers.
Il y a des zones de sources chaudes réservées aux hommes et aux femmes, qui sont assez petites et exiguës (3 mini-piscines, 2 saunas), puis il y a un espace pour hommes et femmes plus grand, beaucoup plus grand et plus confortable avec deux grandes piscines mais qui sont à des températures plus basses. Il y a aussi un salon avec 4 chaises pour se détendre et 4 longs bancs en bois pour s'asseoir. Malheureusement, vous devez apporter votre propre équipement de natation pour la dernière partie car ils ne les vendent pas là-bas.
Heureusement, les chambres sont très spacieuses (de forme rectangulaire au lieu de carrée) avec les toilettes, la douche et la source chaude séparées, ce qui est la bonne façon de procéder. Cependant, les toilettes sont assez petites. L'éclairage pourrait être meilleur, tout comme la climatisation, mais la source chaude dans la chambre est juste assez grande pour deux adultes. La pièce utilise beaucoup de blanc pour ne pas paraître trop sombre. Le petit-déjeuner est au 1F, et c'est à droite lorsque vous entrez dans le bâtiment.
Le service est correct et l'emplacement est imbattable car il se trouve juste à côté de la station MRT, donc la nourriture à l'hôtel n'a pas besoin d'être bonne. Cet endroit est à quelques pas du Beitou Asia Pacific Hotel, où nous sommes allés très récemment.

This is my first time staying in 北投 and I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. First of all, location is excellent, just across the road from a MTR station, it's easy to go anywhere. The room is huge and well layout. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The air refresher scent in the room is very nice. There is a small balcony that you can go out to. The highlight of the room is the bathroom with the big bath tub that can accommodate more than 2 ppl with no issue. Love the 硫磺温泉水。Love the breakfast. You don't need a lot of food... just good food, don't have to be aplenty. Love the public onsen on the 12th floor. I will stay here again.

I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience at Hotel Royal Beitou. The hotel’s location is superb, conveniently close to the train station and various tourist attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The pricing is also very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided.
The room was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with a wide range of facilities and amenities that catered to all my needs. The in-room toiletries, especially the shower products, were of high quality and a pleasure to use. I also appreciated the thoughtful additions such as scented candles, a sound system, a dehumidifier, and unique snacks and beverages. The only minor issue was that the TV’s internet connection was down, which prevented me from watching any programs.
The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Upon check-in, they took the time to introduce all the room facilities in detail, which was very helpful.
The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Royal Beitou was a delightful experience, thanks to its prime location, well-appointed rooms, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Beitou for hot spring relaxation.

Excellent location right opposite the station. Staffs are nice and friendly. Even the security guard at the entrance was very helpful, helping with my luggage and provided clear direction to the reception floor. The room was nice and clean with decent design and decorations. Personally I love the birdcage styled bluetooth speaker a lot! Joined 2 of their activities during my stay, both are very enjoyable. Dinner at Pure Cuisine was amazing. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is just across the road from new beitou station, on the right side there is a 7-11. We were caught in the rain when we arrived at the hotel, they immediately provided towels and warm tea for us to dry ourselves and keep warm. They provide an upgrade to a deluxe room for a bigger hot spring bath for 3 pax. The staff brought us up into our room and gave us a quick brief about room amenities. They also assisted in getting us an airport transfer in the morning and packed our breakfast for our flight. Great service from the hotel staff.
