Hotel Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei

I had a pleasant stay at Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei, and here’s my breakdown: Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city. Perfect for travelers looking to maximize their time in Taipei. Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The rooms and common areas are spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐ While the basics are well-covered, the hotel lacks certain amenities like a dehumidifier and gym. These could significantly enhance the overall guest experience, especially in Taipei's humid climate. Overall, Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei excels in key areas but has room for improvement in its facilities. I would recommend it for its convenience and exceptional service, but those looking for more extensive amenities might want to consider other options.

The front staff were courteous. The room was clean but the TV signals were problematic and there were occasional random sizzling sounds coming from the back of the TV.

A lovely little hotel which is well located beside the subway station

Great hotel with styled and cleaned room. Perfect location, MTR station is just crossed the road. Hasan Market is also crossed the road which has the famous Fuhang Soy Milk. We didn’t try as the queue was very long. The hotel breakfast was great so no need to buy from outside. The front desk needs some improvement. The info provided is not enough eg they didn’t tell me the time of breakfast and the free afternoon Lounge usage. The important one was when we left the hotel, they said they can call a taxi for us to airport but they didn’t tell us the taxi is not metered but with an asked price which is much more than metered trip.

If the hotel could provide a set of tooth brush, or make it available upon request that would be much more friendly for business traveller.

This is a great option for an affordable, boutique(ish) hotel very close to MRT (Shandou Temple) with a great breakfast selection. If you require a swimming pool, a gym, and a host of restaurants without leaving the hotel, then this might not be for you. Check-in & check-out was fast and efficient. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of food options locally or via MRT access. Starbucks and 7/11 at street level just outside. Highly recommended for minimalist travelers! Will return!
