Jour 1, la serrure de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai donc changé de chambre lors de l'enregistrement. Jour 2, sur une réservation différente, j'ai dû changer de chambre à nouveau, je n'ai pas pu rester dans la même chambre. Jour 3, comme d'habitude Jour 4, le robinet de la douche s'est abîmé après le retour de la sortie de la journée, on m'a donné une autre chambre pour la douche de nuit et l'utilisation du lendemain matin. Jour 5, le robinet a été réparé. Seul point positif, l'emplacement est à Ximending. Les chambres sont petites, sans fenêtre et l'une des conceptions de la zone des toilettes et du lavabo est séparée par un rideau comme cloison de séparation. Non, non, pas de nouvelle réservation.

Très bon service et emplacement avec une chambre sale 😓 La chambre d'hôtel est si sombre et très petite qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres avec une mauvaise odeur provenant de la salle de bain. Mais le service est plutôt bon et le personnel fait de son mieux pour aider à nettoyer. Le petit déjeuner est bon 👍

The hotel is conveniently located. It's less than 5 minutes walk away from train station. There's many food options around and it's very near to main walking street in ximending. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly.

First stay at Westgate Taipei. This hotel provides good breakfast, location and bedding. Will definitely return to stay at this hotel. Tried other hotels around the area. This hotel worth the extra dollars. Although there is no egg station. You can request for other cooking style. It will be provided. One of the best breakfast deal in Taipei. #westgatehotel.

A nice stay in this hotel for my solo travel! It’s just right outside of Ximen MRT exit 6, very convenient when your trip full of rain water. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room size is just nice with reasonable layout. Overall good experience.

Nice bed and great service. Some noice on the air con in 1st night and the front desk have get ready another room for replacement. Some smell in the new room and offer air cleaner immdy to minimize the issue.

I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a well-stocked minibar, premium toiletries. The quality of the food—the breakfast buffet, in particular, offered a wide variety of both Western and local options, all fresh and delicious. Overall, this was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay.

It's right in the heart of Ximending so it's EXTREMELY convenient. It's a hybrid of an express hotel so not much amenities but free bfast is always good!
