Le site est très bon et très joli. Les chambres sont construites dans ces grosses tuyaux et sont organisées avec une grande vue sur la mer. La zone est jolie, un grand café près et près de tout le site de l'île verte. Le propriétaire nous a fait un sashimi gratuit un jour aussi.

IInvité青旅乾淨整齊，佈置超喜歡。房間有除濕器，對於潮濕的天氣來説特別有用。出外騎行被汗濕透的衣物掛開一個晚上都幹了。而且這家青旅像我們旅行的很多國際青旅一樣有可以煮飯的廚房，終於在台灣做上了一頓飯🤭。服務很貼心，提早到了還不能登記入住時借他們的自行車給我們去逛台東城內。很喜歡，下次還會來。也會推薦給所有朋友來台東。

GGlenn ScarffeJe recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous les voyageurs, surtout aux étrangers. Je conduisais moi-même, donc l'emplacement n'était pas un problème. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par une charmante jeune femme qui est venue me montrer ma place de parking. Sa collègue, tout aussi charmante, m'a ensuite aidée à m'enregistrer et m'a fait sentir très à l'aise. On m'a donné un plan du quartier et des suggestions de restaurants. Elles m'ont également aidé à recharger mon téléphone. Les filles parlaient suffisamment anglais pour m'aider, et le petit-déjeuner pris dans un café voisin était excellent. La chambre était exactement ce dont j'avais besoin : très propre, lit confortable et douche bien chaude. J'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour dans la magnifique région de Taïwan.

AAgnes CM LeeWe spent 12 nights in Taiwan, touring the island, and this is by far the most beautiful and functional hostel/hotel we’d stayed in.
Absolutely love the lay out of the place. With a big courtyard in the middle, filled with plants. The ground floor has a common fully functional kitchen (with fridge, oven, stove, steamer, we even found Chinese tea set for those wanting to try out Chinese tea making), lots of pots and pans, they even provide cooking oil, sauces, salt for cooking. It’s so clean and tidy that every guest using the place was obligated to keep the place the same state!
On the ground floor, there are lots of comfortable seats for reading or having a chat. Tables for doing work. Bean bags to sit and lounge around.
The hostel provides bike mounts for those who come in bicycle, a bike repair area with some tools to fix your bike.
Those who drive, there is a nearby parking for hostel guest (TWD50 per day)
We get vouchers to spend in a few places nearby, so we used it to pay for our brunch at Lane28. They were enough to cover brunch for 3 of us for 2 days.
The rooms too are nicely designed. Our deluxe double room comes with a big bed, a sofa, and a study table. The hotel even provide journaling books, stamps, washi tapes for journaling.
Absolutely coming back! And will try the other Norden Ruder hostel in Taichung.

JJSTWHotel location is superb. But I personally like the most of this hotel is their buffet breakfast. It’s one of the best breakfast I ever had in taitong hotels given this was my 5th trip to taitung in last 3 years.
The buffet breakfast is well prepared, so many different varieties of food and the staffs provided top notch service to all customers

UUtilisateur anonyme1. Les sols de la chambre et de tout le bâtiment étaient très propres, j'ai donc pu marcher pieds nus tout le temps.
2. Un bon environnement hôtelier attirera des clients civilisés. Je n'ai entendu aucun bruit pendant mon séjour de deux jours.
3. Le distributeur d'eau au premier étage fournit de l'eau chaude et froide. Il y a une petite cuisine et un bar où vous pouvez préparer du thé, des nouilles et manger. La cuisine dispose d'un grand réfrigérateur.
4. La chambre dispose d'un petit réfrigérateur, d'un ventilateur, d'un grand lit et d'un grand espace dans la chambre. Le seul inconvénient est que le ventilateur de la salle de bain de la chambre 305 est un peu bruyant.
5. La dame de la réception est gentille et gentille et répond à toutes les questions.

UUtilisateur anonymeA wonderfully located hotel that has the mountain view as there is no other tall buildings around it. Parking is convenient - just outside the hotel, hotel basement or an open-air parking area opposite the hotel.
Room is very spacious and two full sized luggage can be opened comfortably with ample walking space. The toilet is big as well. There is bread and coffee/tea/juice available 24 hour. Instant noodles vending machine is available too. There is no convenience store around the hotel.
Wide variety of food is available during breakfast - porridge with condiments, cooked food, toast, fruits, salad etc.
Totally enjoyed the view that the room has to offer!

IIrvineMom820Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost.
The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable.
The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay.
The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time.
The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi.
The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated.
Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

IInvitéThe cat is adorable and enjoys friendly interactions with visitors. It appears that the room lacks soundproofing. Due to ongoing construction in the neighboring building, some noise may be audible. The electric mirror in the bathroom is impressive as it remains warm and prevents water condensation. However, the bathroom fan is a bit noisy, and the hair dryer produces a strong gust of wind. Additionally, the internet password in the room is not easily discernible.

TtwinkleracI had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.
