La nourriture est excellente, nouilles et lait gratuits après 22h, j'adore le Onsen privé gratuit en plein air

L'emplacement et le service sont superbes, le personnel était très serviable et parlait anglais.

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours et 1 nuit. Il y avait un service de navette depuis la gare routière que nous avons utilisé. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient également très bons.

Excellent dans l'ensemble. Belle vue, bons services et belles commodités. Loin de la ville mais ça vaut le coup d'y aller. 😍😍 Le onsen traditionnel est très bon. 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellente expérience de petit-déjeuner, vue imprenable et la nourriture est bonne aussi De plus, les bains chauds Onsen privés et publics ne sont pas très bons, un peu sales et le temps d'utilisation trop court ne nous est proposé que 30 minutes, l'agencement de la pièce est également bizarre, l'éclairage n'est pas du tout confortable L'attitude des réceptionnistes n'est pas très amicale

Very comfortable stay. Call the hotel on arrival at Hirayu Onsen bus interchange for free pick up. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. We appreciated the free amenities like probiotic drink, milk and ice popsicles. Onsen was top notch, especially in winter.

Just had an amazing time in this ryokan with a friend. The public bathroom in the open air - incredible, big, and also a lot of steam, along with the lighting of the lanterns, gives an incredible onsen-vibe! (But it was closed for cleaning at midnight, and not at one in the morning, as written in the brochure). There is also a sauna with a cold bath. After onsen, you can drink milk for free or eat ice cream from frozen juice. There is a separate paid lounge with unlimited beer, wine and whiskey. Private bathrooms are not bad, but not like public ones, plus they were constantly occupied by couples. The bath in the room itself is also not bad, but if you are tall, there may be problems with where to put your feet x) Dinner and breakfast were amazingly tasty. I especially liked the space on the street by the fire, where you can fry marshmallows or just sit after onsen to cool off with a strong drink) During the day we ride to Kamikochi, also a fantastic place)

The best onsen ryokan I’ve ever been to. If I could gatekeep this place, I would! Love every part of it, so zen so clean and quiet. The food is amazing especially the beef. The onsen is amazing, they have public and private indoor and outdoor onsens, you don’t even have to worry about not getting the private onsen slots. They are always available. Love the outdoor onsen the most! I will be back next year :)

Wonderful Ryokan Stay. Staff are so friendly and courteous. Rooms and facilities are very clean and very well maintained! What a wonderful, relaxing and energizing stay at Miyama Ouan. Would definitely return to stay again!

Ryokan is perfectly located not far from bus station. Cozy rooms, amazing kaiseki dinner and very special breakfast BUT If anything is needed - nobody will bring it to your room number (i.e. towel, spoon, fork), you could get it only at reception, which is far from hotel wings. Also on the day of leaving after hiking in montains I was not allowed to visit public onsen while collecting my baggage. The reason - I came later than "check-out time" - it costs nothing to the hotel, but the mood was ruined. I paid almost 600usd for a night and was expecting definitely another level of service.

Quite modern, public onsen is really nice. Private onsen can be used for free just have to queue up, good for couple. Food is nice, room is huge

As an onsen resort, the hotel locates away from public transport. However there is free shuttle bus runs between the hotel and the nus station. Advance booking is recommended, especially for the journey to the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free snacks and soft drinks were provided at the lobby and the lounge. Most rooms were spacious. Breakfast and dinner in elegant Japanese style were provided. The onsens, both indoor and outdoor, were well maintained.

I stayed at this onsen hotel recently, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the private onsen facilities, but there were very few private baths available. As a result, guests had to wait a very long time to use them, which was frustrating and inconvenient, especially after a day of traveling. In addition, I was surprised that there was no onsen hot spring water provided in the room. For a hotel advertising an onsen experience, I expected at least some form of hot spring bath option inside the room, but it was not available. I also found the dining experience to be quite average. Both the breakfast and dinner lacked variety and flavor, and did not feel up to the standard I expected from a traditional onsen hotel. Overall, the limited number of private onsens, the lack of in-room hot spring water, and the mediocre meals did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can improve these facilities and services for future guests.
