I left a good review for yourselves on Facebook and now taken it down. Saying that I have been told by guests now issues that happened throughout the day and I'm not best pleased is an understanment. I have emailed with no reply, I then messaged on Facebook with no reply and now blocked me! So we will start with the memory table, I had spoken to Leah at the meeting about this, it was in the file, I also spoke to 2 people on the mornkng to please make sure it's set up for the wedding and I have now found out jake had to quickly set this up because nobody did it, this was a special part of our day having our missed family members with us (as such) and it wasn't done. Now we get onto the food. Why on earth were my gluten and dairy free guests given Yorkshire puddings on their roast dinners?? And then as if that wasn't bad enough they were both given apple crumble and custard for dessert because there was no pineapple that they ordered!! This is a big issue for me!! They aren't fussy they both have servere allergies and they weren't accommodated for even though there was a pre-order and they had both ordered the pineapple so that they could have desert!! One of my friends had to leave my wedding early and has been ill for the week after due to have been given gluten in the gravy!!! Everyone that had tomato soup said it was cold. And then we get onto the arguments/rudeness from staff members!! My daughter on top table had cheesecake, she didn't want it in the end so gave it to my sister in law on another table, as my sister in law was eating this a member of staff decided to go up to my sister in law and tell her that the cheesecake wasn't hers, after explaining yea it came from the top table your member of staff continued to argue with her saying it's not hers and it belonged to the table next to her, it did not, it came from the top table, as it happens someone on the next table did not have their dessert of cheesecake "there's none left" now once again a pre order was made and we ordered the right amount for every table, so how was their food missing?? So again another guest went without dessert. There is no point in making pre orders and going through all the stress of getting pre orders if they aren't going to be followed. We weren't told until our final meeting about a pre order so it was a nightmare trying to get in touch with all guests while having a working life, maybe you should be telling people in advance so they can add it into invites and then you should be making sure everything is correct your end jn the day so guests get their food that has been paid for!! Vegetarian food on the buffet, I had 8 vegetarian guests and yet had the smallest platter of vegetarian sandwiches known to man with a sign "vegetarian platter" so again they had to risk other food also no gluten free options. The fact that allergies and vegetarians aren't looked after is worrying! My maid of honour bagged up all the left over sweets and they also didn'
