Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 8 nuits dans cet hôtel. Ambiance cosy. Belle chambre, propre et nettoyée tous les jours, grande et bien équipée, climatisation neuve et silencieuse. Petit déjeuner parfait : oeufs préparés à la demande + buffet varié avec une mention spéciale pour le pain fait maison ainsi que la pâte à tartiner au chocolat faite maison. Le restaurant est également très bon avec une carte avec des spécialités indonésiennes et italiennes. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville : petite route sans circulation jusqu'au pont. La vue des chambres du 1er étage donne sur des rizières....magnifique ! Personnel prévenant et souriant. Je conseille cet hôtel sans réserve. Si vous n'avez pas de guide, vous pourrez en rencontrer facilement en passant par l'hôtel.

Le Sahid est un hôtel expansionniste avec des chambres construites dans le style traditionnel de la maison Torajan. Le personnel minimum travaille dur pour maintenir le lieu bien. Notre chambre était confortable et propre. L'eau chaude était puissante. Linière propre et inconstante. La nourriture était cependant lente. Il est un endroit très calme. Vous devriez rester ici avec votre famille. Apparemment, la ”saison” funéraire de Torajan est la période de vacances scolaire indonésienne: Juin à Août. Tiens à l'esprit si vous prévoyez un voyage.

Il a une belle ambiance avec les bâtiments et les montagnes traditionnels de Tongkanen dans le arrière-plan. Wi-Fi était fort (important au milieu de nulle part). Je donnerais le petit-déjeuner buffet 7/10. La zone du bar était jolie. Belle zone de piscine pour les enfants. Les choses à améliorer 1. Information. J'ai été dit que je pouvais dîner au restaurant à 7 h seulement pour être dit à 7 h qu'ils avaient un groupe spécial là et je ne pouvais pas manger là. 2. Vérifier la chambre avant que votre client ne soit là. La toilette était lourde et courait toute la nuit. 3. Contrôle de l'électrique. Une lumière a pris 10 minutes pour venir et puis, la seconde nuit, 75% des excursions n'ont pas travaillé pour charger mon téléphone. Juste faire une simple entretien de chambre aiderait occasionnellement. 4. Faisons des ajustements simples. Il y a un peu de crack sous la porte d'entrée, et quand je suis revenue la première nuit, il y avait un bouclier gigantesque qui avait été dans lequel était un genre de gros, mais à la même fois je me rende compte que je suis en dehors de la jungle. Il est clair que je sais ce que je peux attendre, car l'hôtel est en plein centre de Tana Toraja, mais il pourrait améliorer quelques choses.

Très bel hôtel qui manque cruellement d entretien mais c est compensé par de beaux espaces et un service aux petits soins, avec du personnel toujours a la recherche de faire plaisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses en revanche sonores nous avions une chambre en bas et nos enfants en haut ce qui était idéal pour une famille mais peut être pas si d autres gens. La piscine est agréable en fin de journée mais un peu fraîche. Le restaurant est bon et la terrasse agréable. Merci pour votre attention pour l anniversaire de notre fille de 2 ans
