Avis : B&B Joan's Heritage

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue assez fréquentée, mais l'hôtel est calme. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour, je tiens particulièrement à souligner le mobilier luxueux.

La chambre est magnifique. C'est exactement ce que je voulais. Une belle chambre avec des fenêtres donnant sur la rue principale et sur l'observation des gens. Lit très confortable.

La dame qui nous a reçus était très impolie. Elle ne nous a pas expliqué clairement à l'avance et nous a exhortés à suivre ses instructions de manière impolie. Regardez le dialogue entre elle et moi. Ce qu'elle a dit était totalement horrible et inacceptable. Concernant la chambre : 1. L'allée de notre chambre est partagée avec une autre chambre, ce qui n'est pas illustré dans l'introduction. 2. Notre chambre est à côté de la cantine, ce qui signifie que chaque client peut passer par la porte de votre chambre. 3. Les toilettes séparent la chambre, ce qui signifie que si vous voulez aller aux toilettes, vous devez passer par l'allée publique. Si vous vous souciez de l'intimité, je ne recommande pas cette auberge.

Expérience épouvantable chambre de la taille d'un placard à balais, très très chaude avec climatisation inadéquate, lit cassé, petit déjeuner rassis, marches très raides pour accéder aux chambres impossible pour toute personne à mobilité réduite, pas d'ascenseur, propriétaire inexistant parti très vite le lendemain

Great location, exactly in city-centre. Our room was cosy, with balcony over looking the main road, exactly in the beginning of the pedestrian area. No reception, but the owner was very approachable and welcoming. She replied to messages instantly. Breakfast was good and an occasion to meet other people. No lift in building to go up to the rooms, use only the stairs. Very close to the shuttle bus to Lumbi parking. Close to shops. restaurants and teatro antico. Recommended for couples.

Communication with the hotel was difficult. When we arrived the front door was locked. After ringing several times we were allowed to enter the B&B. Again there was no one to greet us upon climbing the stairs.

We stopped at Joan's Heritage whilst on an overnight trip to Taormina. We had a corner room that was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast and breakfast room was amazing. Would definitely recommend! Having got engaged during our stay in Taormina, we look forward to returning in the near future!

An excellent B&B in the perfect location, just at the start of the Main Street in Taormina. The room was lovely, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was an excellent selection of pastries, meats, cheese, fruit, bread, yogurt, cakes - fantastic value. The staff were all so helpful and kind during our stay. Maria (I think) at breakfast was a star. We would happily stay again when we come back.

Perfect location in the centre of Taormina ,near porta Messina .Beautiful cosy room ,good breakfast. With nice view..Good value .Very nice host.Really enjoyed our stay. Definitly will come back again

Un lugar muy cómodo, agradable y limpio, con una ubicación perfecta para la visita a la villa de Taormina y su entorno. El propietario nos facilito en todo momento la estancia con información, acceso sencillo, desayuno abundante y rico. Las habitaciones son sencillas y cómodas. Muy recomendable

Camere sporche e rumorose, una piccola boccetta di bagno schiuma per due persone. Con la necessità di dover andare a comprarle(prezzi Taormina non economici) quando questo É un dovere loro. Proprietari assenti! Posto strategico ma rumorosissimo
