I enjoyed my stay here at the hotel. The staff is friendly, the room (deluxe room) is clean, spacious, quiet, has a comfortable bed, and the hotel has a good breakfast for its guests. Also, I was allowed to check in at noon instead of the regular 14:00. I'd stay here again if I ever go to Garut again. The hotel features a restaurant with lots of different dishes. The staff can bring your food to your room. However, about 75% of the menu was unavailable when I tried to order around 16:00. Even drinks were unavailable for order, or ”not ready” according to the staff, except mango juice. If you want coffee you can go either left or right when you leave the hotel; it's hugged by two cafes. A pleasant experience, nonetheless!

La piscine chaude est très attrayante. Les installations sont très vieux, le petit déjeuner est bon.

Le lieu emule un village construit sur l'eau. C'était amusant. La piscine était bonne et grande. L'expérience de la pêche était amusante, même si nous n'avons pas réussi à obtenir des poissons. Mais l'audience était très attentive et nous a aidé à capturer certains. Tout le monde est grillé ou fritté. Personne n'a mentionné cela dans la colonne d'examen. C'était un très bon touche à notre séjour. J'aime vraiment cet hôtel. Reviendra si nous visitons Garut.

Vraiment satisfait. La villa est très spacieuse, face à la piscine, dispose d'un réfrigérateur, dispose d'un canapé, TV est gueddeeeee, chambre 2, les équipements sont très complets, la nourriture est délicieuse, et le cadre est très épanouissant. L'air ici est très froid la nuit, et j'ai aussi amené un enfant très heureux. Il y a une grande baignoire. C'est cool de prendre un bain chaud. We asked for double bed and they’re agreed to replace the room to double. In the night they’re giving us a snack for iftar dinner for free. The breakfast is delicious. Room are comfy, the pool is clean and warm. The staff is friendly and really helpful. It was really worth it, definitely will come again.

The place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.
