My husband and I had a good stay. The room was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Very quite and safe place to stay. The only bad thing was there pricing on the food and drinks they have down stairs. We got an ice cream really really small cup ice cream 7dollars( crazy). But still bought it and still ate it lol Thank you for a safe and quite place to stay.

This is a remodeled Raddison, so of course its a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the brought in a management company to save money, and boy does it show. After arriving and being verbally berated by a sexist GM, who made me cry in the front lobby- in front of all his employees- and told me that's a ”Me problem, not a WE problem”/ I should get my emotions under control. After this, he had his staff stalk me around to sign a new contract under duress. The rest of our stay, we got to see him run and hide from us when we walked by, stand up on the big staircase and glare at us and watch us. I paid a LOT of money to be at that hotel, and I felt like I was begging them to take my business. I called the managment company, and they didnt seem to want to deal with me at all about this. Braydon Skelton is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. After a stressful check in, we experienced some of the worst food we ever have had at a hotel (except the sandwiches, those were amazing). Only one waitress for breakfast in the morning, no free coffee either. When we had a dinner of sweet potatoes with capers (so gross), I spit out the first bite i took. After I thought this was the worst dinner i ever had, a nice big big cockroach crawled onto our dinner table to help us eat. Immediately we left that room and ordered a pizza from down the street. Overall, I felt fearful, scared, unappreciated and abused at this hotel. I called the management company and never heard back from them. The GM Braden made a half hearted attempt to reach out to me but never got a hold of me. Honestly, I was scared and fearful to even answer the phone. It sucks, because we have been repeat customers of this hotel before they changed management in December. I would recommend this hotel for people only passing through, but not for events. and If you care about people and how other people treat customers or humans.. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the record, I have been waiting for a couple weeks to write this to see if someone from management company would reach out to me about my terrible experience, and they did not.

Le service était très bien. Ils ont fait le meilleur possible avec ce qu'ils ont à faire. Ce Springhill pouvait utiliser une refroidissement. Voilà mon expérience. J'ai vérifié et je suis allé dans ma chambre. La chambre était belle, mais étrangement, le ventilateur était sur le bain. J'ai appelé et je les ai fait savoir, et puisque je n'avais pas été déballés, nous avons décidé qu'il serait plus rapide et plus facile de se rendre dans une autre chambre. Ils ont apporté de nouvelles clés et m'ont rencontré dans la nouvelle chambre. Dans la nouvelle chambre, la télévision ne fonctionnerait pas. Pas de signal. Encore une fois, le personnel est venu à tirer et ils ne pouvaient pas savoir pourquoi il n'était pas en service. Alors il était dans la troisième chambre. Lorsqu'ils ont apporté mes clés pour la troisième chambre, ils ont aussi apporté quelques bouteilles d'eau et quelques micro-ondes de popcorn. Bon touche. La nouvelle chambre fonctionnait bien. Jusqu'à ce qu'il était temps de douche le matin suivant. Quand j'ai tiré le tablier pour détourner l'eau vers la douche, il a divertit environ la moitié de l'eau. Alors j'ai eu de l'eau par la douche et par le bouchon de tube. Enfin, j'ai été heureux d'avoir le shampooing, le conditionneur et le douche pour obtenir un distributeur sur le mur du douche. Mais quand j'ai poussé la pompe pour le gel de douche ? Il était vide ... :-( Tout en tout, de grandes personnes travaillant sur une propriété qui a apparemment besoin d'attention.

Nous avons besoin d'aide après un problème survenu à un hôtel voisin. Lisa était très utile pour nous, et le personnel a généreusement travaillé dur pour sauver notre voyage. Fww, l'hôtel est propre et mis à jour. L'auberge est très gentil et les niveaux de mezzanine sont bons pour se détacher.

Le centre-ville était situé à quelques minutes de marche. Le chauffeur de valet était merveilleux et très utile. Le personnel était également merveilleux. Tout le temps qu'on a besoin, ils l'ont apporté dans les 5 minutes ou moins. Il n'y a pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler le bureau de front ou le service de garde-fous.
