My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

本次旅行最滿意的住宿，首先服務態度就很好，老闆把我們塔縣接到民宿，還有帥帥的小哥給我們提行李，非常到位。其次住宿環境非常好，帳篷帶有地暖，智能馬桶，最重要的還有製氧機，這對高反的我來説，非常有用！而且晚上出帳篷門就可以看到星空，早上起來還可以看到日照金山，非常nice！民宿還有可愛的大雞毛年糕，超級無敵熱情，一直在跟我們玩。最後，還可以聯繫老闆去當地牧民做家訪，早上逛逛安詳寧靜的村子，去當地牧民家裡參觀並且瞭解當地文化，非常滿意的一次人文之旅！最後離開的時候，老闆還給送了伴手禮，超級開心！

設施：雖然是帳篷，但是有地暖，夜晚也非常暖和，給我的感覺是可以給那種想體驗露營但是新手小白，或者害怕條件艱苦的人一種嘗試，對新手小白非常友好。衞生間是磚頭房，也有地暖，所以洗澡也不會冷，水温也是熱熱的，以至於我們前一天因為回來太累倒頭就睡第二天早晨起來洗的澡，洗完渾身暖呼呼，超級舒服。夏天有空調風扇，還有加濕器，後來酒店的加濕器真的救了我的命，天知道南方人到喀什的第一天就乾的鼻子出血，塗多少保濕霜喝多少水都沒用。 衞生：挺乾淨的，感覺是新蓋好的營地呢。 環境：離塔縣城區有點距離，如果天氣好應該可以觀星，可惜我們住的那天晚上下雨了，周邊有一片濕地，真是非常美了。帳篷裏的環境我直接放圖哈哈。 服務：營地有點大，但是我覺得散步也不會有很久，但酒店依然提供了接駁車服務，有小哥幫忙提行李和接送，很棒的！還有衹特別可愛的大雞毛哈哈哈哈~

剛從託格倫夏牧高笛回來，必須來誇兩句！這體驗真的太棒了！ 來之前還擔心晚上會冷，結果完全想多了！外面零下十幾度，我們屋裡穿着短袖亂竄，地暖太給力了，光腳踩地上都是暖的。而且一點不乾燥，加濕器和製氧機都給你備好了，老闆真的太懂了，在高海拔地方有這些，睡得特別踏實。 最讓我驚喜的是，第二天一早，老闆還給煮了碗熱乎乎的牛肉麪，是現做的！在那個環境下，一碗熱湯麪下肚，真的暖心暖胃。 哦對了，還去參觀了塔吉克族老鄉的家，他們特別熱情樸實，那種真誠的笑容讓人特別感動。 總之，這兒要啥有啥，服務也特有人情味，真心推薦！ 設施齊全，服務熱情

這次入住真的非常滿意！首先要誇一誇房間的設施，非常新且齊全，床墊很舒服，特地問了老闆，竟然是金可兒的，細節處處能感受到民宿老闆的用心。晚上外面很冷，但一進屋就感覺特別暖和，地暖效果太給力了，像家一樣舒適。工作人員服務態度也超好，有求必應。早餐是現做的，非常合口味，開啟元氣滿滿的一天，強烈推薦！
