Meet Torgrencia tent camp

This is very transitional hotel in Taxkorgan. The most western city of China.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

設施：雖然是帳篷，但是有地暖，夜晚也非常暖和，給我的感覺是可以給那種想體驗露營但是新手小白，或者害怕條件艱苦的人一種嘗試，對新手小白非常友好。衞生間是磚頭房，也有地暖，所以洗澡也不會冷，水温也是熱熱的，以至於我們前一天因為回來太累倒頭就睡第二天早晨起來洗的澡，洗完渾身暖呼呼，超級舒服。夏天有空調風扇，還有加濕器，後來酒店的加濕器真的救了我的命，天知道南方人到喀什的第一天就乾的鼻子出血，塗多少保濕霜喝多少水都沒用。 衞生：挺乾淨的，感覺是新蓋好的營地呢。 環境：離塔縣城區有點距離，如果天氣好應該可以觀星，可惜我們住的那天晚上下雨了，周邊有一片濕地，真是非常美了。帳篷裏的環境我直接放圖哈哈。 服務：營地有點大，但是我覺得散步也不會有很久，但酒店依然提供了接駁車服務，有小哥幫忙提行李和接送，很棒的！還有衹特別可愛的大雞毛哈哈哈哈~

設施：新 衞生：good 環境：很贊 服務：服務最好，前台小哥哥給升級了靠前的房間，可以直接拍日照金山！房間的洗護都是le labo的，房間很乾凈，有加濕器非常人性化，早餐也很豐盛，退房還收到了伴手禮！下次去塔縣還住這裏！！！！！！！強烈推薦大家住這裏！！！

酒店選址不錯，雪山星河下的舒適驚喜。晨賞日照金山、夜觀璀璨星空，高原浪漫拉滿。 作為帳篷，設施超預期的全面——牧高笛大帳篷配空調、地暖、獨立衞生間，住得舒服又有野趣。 服務也挺貼心。細節再加強的話就完美了。 另外建議，在大堂樓頂的玻璃護欄上放幾個手機支架，方便住客用手機拍日照金山的延時攝影。加強控制半夜酒店周圍的強光源，比較影響觀星。

第一次住營地，真的出乎意料的好！ 設施齊全舒適， 餐飲美味足量。 眼前的風景被驚艷到了- 日照金山 真的太漂亮了。 營主臨時還安排了塔吉克家訪活動，非常棒！ We hope to be back again & keep up the wonderful work ! Lov’it ~
