Power socket is a spur that they couldn't spend an extra 50cm of cable to put it accessible above the desk instead it's hidden below a desk where even mobile people will struggle... Shower head can't be taken from the rail so it makes it even harder to shower. Very disappointing Two person room and only provided a single milk pot? Went into services and paid two quid for bottle of milk."

La chambre était de 29 ans et elle avait tout ce que j'avais besoin. Il était propre et lumineux et le lit était si confortable. Il y avait même un réfrigérateur! Il y a des zones de cuisine sur chaque étage avec cuisinières, réfrigérateurs et micro-ondes. J'aimais mon séjour et si je retourne à Taunton je vais certainement retourner là ❤️"

"A beautiful authentic 500 year old hotel. We stayed 3 nights to attend a family funeral. Refreshments were served afterwards at the hotel. Cherie, the wonderful owner looked after us very well, the spread included a selection of sandwiches and delicious homemade cakes and scones. A great breakfast buffet including a full English breakfast that would set you up for the day! The bed was very comfortable, a modern shower - spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cherie is a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. She gave us a lovely warm welcome together with her dear old doggies."

"Well located with plenty of parking, the staff were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. However, the main reason for booking this hotel (during heatwave part 2) was because it had air con. On entering the room I thought maybe it was not on due to the wave of heat that met me. On closer inspection there was a slight puff of air coming out of the left hand corner of the unit which was doing nothing to cool the room. My friends and I had 4 rooms booked between us and only 1 of those rooms actually had air con working properly. The others at least had a fan in their rooms which was helping, so I went to reception and the receptionist who I will now love forever went and found me a fan for my room. The staff were wonderful, breakfast was fine, although I couldn't see any non dairy milk there which meant no cereal for me. But plenty of other items available. The huge let down for me was the air con, otherwise everything else was great"

"Greenham Hall is an excellent place in a beautiful countryside setting. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had great views. The gardens and the restored victorian house are delightful. Caro, the hostess, is lovely. She was very helpful and kind throughout and went out of the way to make us feel at home.The breakfast was homemade and delicious. Highly recommended and thank you Caro for a wonderful stay!"

"Comfortable hotel. But lack one significant thing - comfortable, relaxing sofas (only two small chairs). I would strongly advise for those guests that would enjoy a drink at the bar some comfortable soft seating sofas and arm chairs near the fire place - PLEASE (remove one of the dining tables).. would add to the comfort of guests and ambience and may even attract local trade.."

"We would highly recommend this hotel, which has a nice quiet location, we we had the family room for the two of us which was huge very clean and well presented with a large flat screen television and king sized bed, tea coffee and hot chocolate facilities were available in the room, the bath room was large with a huge rainfall shower and roll top bath all spotlessly clean. Nice atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff, lovely evening meal and very nice breakfast ( the breakfast was included in the price of the room ) excellent menu for breakfast and evening meal, free parking behind the hotel, the log fires in the bar and dining room were very welcoming, the hotel is dog friendly as well which is probably why it is so nice"

"Le pub est désactivé mais ne laissez pas les apparences vous désactiver si vous voulez un endroit sur le toast du dimanche et un grand service. C'est deux fois, une fois en hiver na depuis l'été (récent) et la nourriture était vraiment bonne, saisonnée bien, grande portion et la viande de bœuf grillée était grande qui est très difficile à obtenir même dans plus de premiers lieux qui sont le double du prix. Je recommande à quiconque souhaite un toast qui les rappelle de la maison."
