Hôtels proches de Decor Gardenworld, Tauranga

Nous avons passé une nuit ici. Bon prix pour l'argent, les lits étaient bons, avec un épargne privée bonus après un long jour. Très propre et chaleureuse et une confortable unité de sol, que nous avions demandé. L'arrivée au lieu où vous ne savez pas que Tauranga était une mission la dernière ronde avec des lumières de trafic juste avant que la route était confusionnante, mais ce n'est pas la bataille du motel. Il a dit la machine à café sur la publicité, pas de plongeur ou de machine mais de plongeur de café fourni ...... afin qu'il ait pu être pris. Si nous étions restés plus longtemps, je leur aurais demandé. Tout à fait confortable.

HOLIDAY NOT BUSINESS TRIP After a 30 hour flight from England to NZ, we checked into the hotel exhausted and in need of a wash and relaxation. Coming up from behind the hotel, it doesn't look like much, however when you view it from the street behind (where the door isnt) it is quite something to behold. We went over to the desk to find a very enthusiastic woman called Julia. She welcomed us warmly to the hotel, was delighted we prepaid and explains everything about the hotel we needed to know in a detailed concise speech i'm sure she needs a raise for. Her whole manner picks up our mood as she enquires about us and our holiday. Julia is by far the best thing about this hotel, throughout our stay she was very helpful, ordering us a taxi (they have this button so you don't have to pre-order one) and greeting us whenever we came into the hotel. The other hotel staff were nice, pleasant and helpful enough, especially when i locked the room key in our room...but Julia stood out by a mile. We booked a twin room and had been upgraded to a twin room with double beds and a balcony! On account of us staying a full week Julia went through how how we can order more toilet rolls, products ect and new towels. Due to covid they dont clean rooms until you check out. On the balcony was a fan and inside we had a mini fridge. Not sure if these two things are in all NZ hotels due to the heat, but it was much appreciated! The bathroom was massive, a spacious place with bathtub with spa bubble option and two his and hers sinks joined with a massive mirror. The hair products were local and contained no SLS ect. and came in refillable bottles fixed to the walls. It's the first time ive actually used the products in a hotel! The hotel room itself was quite large, the NZ fern design on pillows and a large closet with extra pillows and blankets. Loads of herbal tea (jasmine green, lemon ect.), coffee and even wine glasses! A small table in the corner was a good size, I dislike when desks are too big with massive chairs that take up all the space. This was not so in our room! Beside each bed was a draws to store even more stuff in. One of the best, most spacious hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. We also got a voucher for some money off in the eatery but we never had breakfast there or dinner so i can't comment on the food. I did go into the breakfast hall and it seemed like continental with limited hot food. The usual, toast, jams, cereal, fruit ect. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, laundry facilities (which were most helpful as they supply you with powder). We asked a few times for our bottles to be refilled as no water fountain and members if staff seemed happy to do so. As the hotel is in the centre of the CBD loads of cafes and restaurants were within a short walking distance. As for transport, I mentioned the taxi button earlier, a few Lime electric scooters were always outside the hotel (hire on app) and are readily avaible nearby. The bus station is a short w

[Service] Le service est correct, car je suis arrivé tôt, j'ai commandé du café dans le hall et j'ai attendu un moment. Après cela, la réception a obtenu la carte de la chambre pour vous trouver et a dit que la chambre était prête. [Santé] Globalement bon [Installations] L'hôtel n'a pas du tout d'isolation phonique. Les installations super bruyantes sont trop vieilles, mais ça ne casse pas. L'hôtel ne fournit pas de brosses à dents ni de chaussons. Il ne fournit que du shampoing, du revitalisant et du savon. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez demander à la réception. (J'apporte mes propres articles de toilette et pantoufles) Le climatiseur a un bruit sérieux. La position de la prise n'est pas prévue sur le lit. Il est trop gênant d'aller dans la salle de bain de charge sous le téléviseur. Le design du lavabo dans la salle de bain est particulièrement peu profond et démodé. Problème de parking souterrain et extérieur gratuit pour l'hôtel, mais le sous-sol doit trouver des places de stationnement non réservées ou il sera remorqué Après que le check-out de suivi se soit plaint, l'hôtel a envoyé deux petits-déjeuners, mais le type de petit-déjeuner était trop petit ... vous savez, mais après tout, je ne veux pas de l'argent.

Bienvenue par le propriétaire (kiwi) de l'hôtel. Très joli. Obviement très passionné par sa propriété. Ne peut pas le défaut. 1. Grand prix pour l'argent. Seuls $99. Beats. Autres endroits pour la valeur. 2. Lit soooo confortable. 3. Plein sur les douches. Pas un dribble. 4. Extremement propre. 5. Salle de bain partagée pour nous, mais juste par les chambres. Pas de problème. 6 grand cuisine et salon. 7. Carpet et installations générales très propre. J'aurais donné mes dents oculaires pour la climatisation. Mais ce n'est pas une réalité. Bon fan fourni.

Booked last minute as a birthday treat. Did not realise on booking that you had to check in before 6pm, I called at 5.55 to let them know we were 10 minutes alway but no answer. Arrived just after 6pm, had to call the after hours we were meet by a man, we had already prepaid the room which was $266 for a bottom floor, one bedroom apartment. He told us we needed to pay a bond which I assumed would be $50-$100. We had to pay a $250 bond upfront to stay here. That was our dinner and activities money for the night. So had to cancel our plans. The room was dated, there was no body/hair wash left. There was no milk in the fridge so couldn't make a hot drink. As others have mentioned there are signs all over the room about extra charges, if you ring them after 9pm for anything you will get charged, if you leave anything in the room you will be charged and even more unnecessary fees. Tiny rubbish bin. The room was a good size but the headboard on the double bed isn't attached so everytime you turn over it bangs and so when you are there for a child free night you can imagine how much it was banging. It was right next to the road and it was a raining miserable night and it was loud, cars driving past, people walking/running past you can hear everything, image it during the busy season. The noise from the above room you can here people walking around. We were quite disappointed so I had a look at the other reviews this morning and I really wish I had of read them before booking here :( On check out which you had to wait as they are only there at reception between 8.30-10am on weekends. I asked the man to refund my $250 bond and he said that he can't and it won't be refunded until about Tuesday but it can take 10 business days. We had said about the missing amenities and he didn't care. Then we asked about all the bad reviews and he started getting angry. My husband reliased we had left a bag in the room and wanted to go get it and as we were approaching the room my husband made a comment about no wonder you have so many bad reviews and he told my husband to shut his mouth and he locked the room door and said to get out! He was not going to allow us to go back into the room to get our things. And said to ring the police if we wanted our stuff back. By this stage my husband was really mad and I ended up needing to call the police so they could go get our stuff from the room. Our uber driver had shown up and manager/man on reception had disappeared and some other lady that was obviously to what was happening came out and I said can I just get the key and I'll go get our stuff since we don't actually have to check out until 10am and she was saying I can't, I don't know what is happening. A couple minutes later she comes back in with our bag and continued to argue. Even the uber driver heard it and he is a 70 year old man and he came in to the reception and said they should not of been treating customer how they treated us. I will be going to

Il est situé dans une suite incroyable, dans des jardins privés avec un pont brillant où nous avons pu nous détendre avec un vin et des snacks. Lieutenant espace de séjour et salle de bain avec un lit très confortable. L'appartement était sans spot propre. Le prix était réaliste, étant donné que les motels / hôtels locaux demandent 300 $+!
