When we first arrived at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and introduced themselves and gave us some water. Very polite and professional. We did have to wait around for about 15 minutes or so just in the outside bit before we were taken inside to the check in area and could actually check in but this was not too bad but it would have been helpful if the staff could have explained why we were waiting as we weren’t quite sure what was going on and why we weren’t being taken through. However, once in to the check in area the staff were all great and explained all about the hotel and facilities and where we could find everything and seemed genuinely friendly and happy in their jobs and genuinely happy to help which was something we really noticed and appreciated about the staff at this hotel. It is an all inclusive hotel and the experience really is all inclusive and everything from the food to the activities they provide is included. The food was of excellent quality and a really great variety every evening, we enjoyed the different theme nights they had and the street food market was exceptional and such a great vibe. We really had fun that evening. The theatre shows were lovely and you get to see all of the wonderful staff from around the hotel performing at these shows which was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed rock and ria and also the live music evening out by the pool. Overall this hotel provides brilliant evening entertainment and it’s something different each night. As well as all of this, there are lots of fitness activities you can join in with I really liked the aqua fit in the outdoor pool and the yoga/ pilates classes early in the morning. They also had an indoor pool and spa. Segways to hire, and lots of other brilliant activities taking place throughout the hotel. One thing is for certain, you will never get bored at this hotel. My husband and I had a lovely couples massage which was relaxing and overall a great treatment. The weather was very hot and so we didn’t stay for the indoor pool but went straight out back to the outdoor pools. The outdoor pool is wonderful and very big lots of space for everyone and some seating areas as well as a waterfall area which was so refreshing. There are also specific kids pool areas which were shallow and undercover from the heat which was nice for my friend and her baby. The day cabanas are extra and you can book them on the app. There are only a few so try to book them as soon as you can. My husband and I and our friends both did this one day and it was well worth the money as the sun was particularly strong that day and so we had the option to close the curtains from the side that the sun was strongest. The general seating area by the pool is also fantastic as there are plenty of beds and you can usually find one either in the shade or in the sun depending on your preference. Hotel com excelentes instalações. O sítio perfeito para aproveitar o bom tempo do Algarve. Próximo de uma praia fantástica. O pacote de escolhi foi de alojamento e pequeno almoço. O único ponto fraco foi mesmo a qualidade do produtos no pequeno almoço. Os sumos são de pouquíssima qualidade, mini pastelaria quase inexistente e wafles muitos más. O mesmo se repete ao jantar. Decidimos jantar no hotel e o buffet é muito pobre e sem qualidade. Não sei se está relacionado com os pacotes all inclusive que maioria dos hóspedes tem, mas acho que é um ponto a melhorar para a satisfação dos clientes. Adoramos na mesma, mas sem dúvida que caso volte, farei as refeições fora do hotel.

Making a return to this hotel was a pleasure for my friend and I . We had morning sun on our balcony with pool view, which was fine as the weather was very warm. The beds were comfortable but they creaked a lot ( the bases I think?) Storage space is limited but adequate. The safe was €17.50 for a week but it’s an expense we prefer for security. There is a hand pump for soap and showering/hair but we didn’t care for that, a bit harsh, so we bought soap and shampoo. Bring your own mini toiletries I would advise. Breakfast is wonderful, so much choice and the staff are so efficient and hard working to make sure everything is topped up. There is a problem with pigeons but efforts were being made to reduce the problem last week and any mess is mopped up very regularly. We had a very pleasant stay with friendly staff in the hotel and in the cafes/restaurants which are all within walking distance of the hotel. Brings comfortable shoes though as streets are all cobbled..

We came here almost entirely by accident. We were driving through Portugal from Spain and noticed our tire was very low. Despite filling it up again and again, it was losing air fast so we needed to find a place to land in case we were stuck for a few days. This was the closest hotel when I searched and it had availability, according to my Google results. We stopped and booked a room on August 7th, 2022, around 1pm. The parking lot isn't large and many of the spots are kinda awkward but we managed to snag a spot anyway. Thankfully, even though it was a Sunday, we found a tire shop called Feu Vert in Faro that was open. In our room, I setup the pack n plays for my kids to take a nap while my husband took the car to get the tire fixed. I was able to close the window shades of our room completely, providing a blacked-out room and used the great wifi to look up stuff online while the kids slept. We ended up checking out of the room less than 6 hours after checking in but we enjoyed the great hospitality that the staff provided in our time of desperation!

Cette dernière a été ma troisième fois dans l'hôtel et certainement la plus décevante. Nous avons occupé deux chambres pendant trois jours. Six nuits au total. La raison de mon dégoût est que nous n'avons réglé la chambre que trois fois sur six, et que nous avons été en mesure de laisser les chambres à 10 heures du matin, de retourner à 3 heures et de sortir à 6 heures du matin. Nous avons communiqué à la réception et la réponse était qu'il fallait attendre à sept heures de l'après-midi, c'est l'heure limite de nettoyage. Ajouter aussi qu'une après-midi sans préavis, ils sont entrés dans la chambre de mes enfants avec eux et nous ont réveillé en appelant à la porte. Je veux dire, c'est la troisième fois que nous nous sommes logés à l'hôtel et jusqu'à présent très bien, mais cette fois-ci, c'est pas le cas. Nous payons beaucoup d'argent dans un hôtel 4 étoiles pour passer trois jours, je comprends que l'hôtel est plein, mais si vous avez besoin de plus de personnel, vous devez être recruté.

Stayed at hotel as we were visiting family locally, we were greeted late at night by Miguel who offered us a cold drink and option of something to eat Our room was spacious and had a private terrace near to the pool Air conditioning worked great and shower very powerful - you can opt for no housekeeping service daily and in return you receive drinks vouchers, a great idea and reduces waste and cleaning time Sophia in breakfast restaurant was lovely always happy and able to make drinks for us we asked for Breakfast choice was nice but a little limited but usual fruit yoghurt and breads with choice of eggs We didn’t eat dinner as we ate out but enjoyed toasted sandwiches by the pool Pool is heated but chilly at first but very refreshing I needed to work whilst at the hotel and the wifi was excellent Really peaceful and enjoyable stay
