Second stay in a week and it was even better than the first one. Huge comfortable room. Really like the convenient location and the breakfast. Staff super friendly

Average hotel. Good wine restaurant downstairs with most friendly staff. Breakfast (buffet) good enough. Room becomes outdated: door doesn't open smoothly and lights is a puzzle. Rakija in a water bottle was new for me. Location is perfect spot if you like Old Tbilisi.

It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

Nice location next to the river. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Nice design.

tl;dr: hotel put my safety at risk by letting a random stranger walk into my room at 2am, no safety lock
I stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights and everything was fine for the first 4 (at least for my room, more on my mother’s room afterwards), the view was great (got a free upgrade) and the breakfast is exceptional.
However, my final night was horrendous - at 2am I was woken up by a flashlight in my face and a random male stranger in my room staring at me. This was truly a traumatic experience as I was alone as a female. I thought I had put on the safety lock but after testing it the next day it does not work as long as the person has a key. After the sudden awakening I immediately phoned the receptionist, and this male receptionist had a horrible attitude and blamed the guest instead of admitting his own mistake. The next morning I asked the manager about what happened and only then I was told that the guest from the room next door forgot his key and simply asked the male receptionist for it, and mistakenly said my room number. Ok, of course this happens sometimes, but how on earth did reception give a random guy a key without checking the ID linked to the room ***?? Doesn’t make any sense and it is 100% the hotel’s fault.
The hotel later compensated me with that night’s room stay and free transfer to the airport and a bottle of wine, but honestly, no amount of money can compensate for the fear I felt over my safety in a country that’s not really that safe to begin with. I woke up in cold sweat at least 4 times that night and could barely sleep before my 20 hour long flight. It was horrible and I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel, unless they do something drastic to improve their management.
Onto their facilities/amenities, my mother’s room’s bathroom light couldn’t be turned off, and the mechanic simply told her to twist the lightbulb herself to turn it off manually. ***?? The next morning we complained and they finally fixed it by installing a pulling mechanism to help her manually turn off the light. The same day when she used the hairdryer (provided by the hotel) the electricity cut off entirely in the bathroom. There were problems almost every night and we couldn’t be bothered to spend so much time on our vacation to fix this hotel’s issues.

Apart from everything else, which was pretty good, big scocker was that museum suite with kitchen has no dishes, glasses, cutlery or cooking pans etc. why offer kitchen with all gadgets incl dish washer if you do not provide the essential items???
The kitchen is for show and not for use by residents
I still do not understand this.
Otherwise other toiletries etc were good. Breakfast was reasonable, but could be better. .

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located (pretty much close to the Old city, but in much quieter surroundings). The rooms have high ceilings and well equipped bathrooms. Breakfast is good and the service is attentive. Quite classy place

Great experience in this cozy and wonderful hotel. We liked everything starting from interesting building of the hotel itself, spacious room and very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with live piano music or on the sunny terrace.
We were very happy choosing this hotel, great location near by with bar/restaurants street as well as park zone and just 10 mins walking distance to Liberty square

Расположение отеля идеальное для прогулок в центре. Балкон шикарен. Завтраки нормальные. Номер соответствует фото.
Но во второй день я проснулась рано утром от того, что с потолка лилась вода, очень сильно. Но весь персонал вообще на чиле и расслабоне, из серии "а что такого". У меня был дикий стресс. А они спустя минут 20 просто полотенцами воду убрали и сказали "ложитесь спать дальше".
И далее никаких пояснений или извинений не последовало

Отель отличный. Находится в центре, достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Номер просторный, всё качественное- сантехника, постельное бельё, полотенца.Банные полотенца очень большого размера. Уборка, смена полотенец ежегодно. Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный- два вида салата, омлет, копчёный лосось, яйца, овощи, фрукты, несколько видов выпечки, орехи. Данный отель рекомендую всем
