My recent stay at Aivani Hotel in Tbilisi was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this establishment falls far short of its claimed standards. The list of issues was endless – the service was terrible, the hairdryer was non-functional, the TV and AC were both inoperable, and even the phone in our room didn't work. To make matters worse, the lack of attention to detail was evident everywhere. Despite booking for two guests, we were provided with only two slippers, leaving us with no slippers for the bathroom. This oversight is simply unacceptable and speaks volumes about the hotel's lack of concern for guest comfort. I can honestly say that this was the most disappointing experience of my entire life. It's shocking that in a supposedly 4-star establishment, nothing seemed to function properly. Even the basics were sorely lacking, and the overall experience was more reminiscent of a budget hostel than a hotel of any caliber. For anyone considering staying at Aivani Hotel, I strongly advise against it. This is not the place to find the comfort and quality that one would expect from a 4-star hotel. It's a regrettable experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Terrible doesn't even begin to describe it – it's an absolute nightmare.

Worst hotel ever!!!! We booked, paid in advance in this hotel and notify them via message and call about the time of our arrival, however after the long hours of travel and without proper sleep, we figured out we do not have a place to stay just when we were at the hotel. The funny thing was, the receptionist Ana checked us in, gave us the room key and to our surprise, upon entering the room, someone was there and occupying our room! Then the worst of the worsts? She then informed us when we get back at the reception that there is no room for us, it is either we wait until those guests checked-out or we cancel. Just wow!!! We ended up checking in to a new hotel, paid another money and when you think things get better, they become a disaster. To put on record, our booking was cancelled 29th of June and we were informed that we will receive the full refund between 7-12 days. Now is our 12th day but no amount of money was returned! We keep on calling and sending message to their Manager and right until now she never even bother to reply. Never again be deceived to this place. To my co-travelers, please avoid this place as they will just ruin your holiday. PS. If there is a zero star or a negative one, I would like to rate them as that.

I bookes the suite with a bal ony. The room was so small and the balcony was nailed. TV worked first 15 min. Close to the hotel was a bar. And we heard all music and noise till morning. Just two good things: breakfast was no bad and the concierge on receiption. One day in the morning was not water. No good deal

Simply I would not recommend this ancient hotel ti anyone. This is my second time and it can not be compared to musium hotel when I was first time there. Bad smell is the worst thing you will regret about this hotel and impollite staff just say we can not help you and don't even feel sorry for you. Think twice if you choose this hotel.

My family and I were there for 3 nights. we had memorable times in Tbilisi. The location of the hotel was great, you can visit most of the sights sines here, breakfast was good, the room was spacious enough with a really nice view of the city and the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Aram, I appreciate him for his all try to introduce his country to us.

Wonderful room with lots of space, light and balcony was so fun to watch the people and river. Very quiet room and nice bathroom. Breakfast doesn’t open till 9 am ( I later found out it was 8:30 am on our return visit) which I think is late for long tour days. Staff were super friendly and spoke good English. My only complaint is they only have instant coffee. A 4 star boutique hotel should have real coffee! Breakfast was good and varied otherwise. Location was perfect for walking all over old town.

Best place to stay in Tbilisi. i love staff who are always ready to help you and make good advices. Location is perfect, in center of old town. rooms very comfortable, breakfast good. recommended to everyone for staying in Tbilisi
