L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement et d'une décoration moderne. L'ensemble de l'hôtel donne une impression de propreté. Les chambres sont équipées du nécessaire et sont généralement très spacieuses. À mon avis, le service est très bon, le seul inconvénient peut être que malheureusement notre chambre ne peut pas être enregistrée tôt, même si je m'ai appelé quelques jours à l'avance. Malheureusement, l'hôtel étant complet, il ne peut pas être surclassé. Au final, j'ai volontairement abandonné la cuisine (appartement/studio) et déclassé, et j'ai obtenu une chambre dans la catégorie ”chambre confortable”, qui était également très spacieuse et calme. Cependant, le personnel était très sympathique et nous a finalement fourni une bonne solution. Ce n'était certainement pas la dernière fois dans cet hôtel.

L'espace, l'environnement et l'emplacement sont bons, à 5 minutes du centre-ville. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre, il faut aller au restaurant pour faire bouillir de l'eau, ce n'est pas pratique pour les personnes qui ont un rhume.

Seit vielen Jahren bin ich immer wieder hier Gast. Ich war zunächst geschäftlich hier untergebracht, komme mittlerweile jedoch auch privat für kleine Auszeiten vom Alltag hierher. Das Hotel überzeugt durch hervorragenden Service, sehr leckeres Essen, und exklusiv eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Lage ist direkt in der Natur, in Tecklenburg-Brochterbeck - einem Ort, der zurecht schon als „schönstes Dorf im Kreis Steinfurt“ ausgezeichnet wurde. Direkt vom Hotel aus sind kürzere und längere Spaziergänge im beachtlichen Teutoburger Wald möglich, der egal in welcher Jahreszeit beste Erholung bietet. Außerdem ein toller Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad. Genau das richtige zur Erholung nach einer Wanderung in der herrlichen Natur. Ein mit Leidenschaft inhabergeführtes Hotel mit Persönlichkeit und Charme. Empfehlung!

Chambre: Nous avons eu la chambre de famille n° 306. Elle est située dans la 2e OG, derrière. La chambre est petite, mais entièrement fonctionnelle. Lit double (1,60m large?) et deux lits de niveau. La chambre comprend une salle de bain avec WC, douche et lave-vaisselle. Tout était propre, il n'y avait rien à exposer. Les lits étaient assez durs, la chambre n'était pas trop froide et pas trop chaude. Sinon, il y a un climatisation. Service : La réception était agréable, toutes les questions ont été répondues immédiatement et les formalités ont été accomplies rapidement. Déjeuner: Lorsque nous avons pris le petit déjeuner dimanche matin à 9 heures, nous avons adapté un moment temporairement défavorable, beaucoup n'étaient plus disponibles. Mais la condition n'a été maintenue que pendant environ 5-10 minutes. Puis tout est revenu en nombre suffisant : les pains ordinaires, environ 5 variétés de coupe de sauce, 2 variétés de fromage à disque, fromage frisé, salade de fruits frais, plusieurs moules, plusieurs marmelades, nutelle, oeufs, et beaucoup plus. Beaucoup de produits laitiers étaient des produits biologiques d'Andesser. La salle de petit déjeuner est propre, beau, très lumineuse et avec un regard direct sur la gare. Conclusion: Nous reviendrons. Certainement.

We made a stop driving from Denmark to Belgium. Arrived mid afternoon. Drove to the city centre and strolled around the beautiful Old city centre. Back at the hotel the restaurant had a buffet Dinner (as a Danish Group were staying at the hotel for this night too. Nothing fancy, but ok. We booked a handicap friendly room. Therefore, the bathroom was larger - with a shower. The bed was fine, but the couch (could be pulled out as an extra bed) was difficult to sit on, as it didn’t fold all the way back. Parking fee at the hotel - 5 €.

Clean, quiet, comfy bed. I was on the top floor and always had my windows closed - my brother was on the first floor and always had his windows open, so he heard things like early morning rubbish collection, however, the immediate area is otherwise in a quiet part of the city center. The only issue was that the front desk staff don't stay past 5 pm on most days, so you have to arrange with them to make sure you can get into your room if you have a late arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and I would def stay again.
