The main reason for this is that the hotel was opened in 2024 and as you would expect has the highest class comfort available in the area. Aimed at short staying guests out 1-night booking (most flights from YIA leave early hours) included an excellent breakfast buffet and shuttle to the nearby airport. Luggage weighing and wrapping are available in the lobby. The rooms are top notch - specifically the mattress was much better than other hotels around - with privacy blinds in the on suite bathroom and a modern smart TV. The pool is rather awkward for real swimmers but offered a good opportunity to relax for us as well as the families with children who seemed to enjoy their time as much as the several flight crew members frequenting the place. We left the next morning feeling refreshed and comforted and Morazen stayed in the back of our minds as a very high yardstick against which we measured other hotels in Indonesia. »
