Eagles Rest is a newly renovated townhouse located in the heart of Teton Village, which is the home of the iconic Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This 3 bedroom, 2 and half bath home was renovated in the summer of 2021. Eagles Rest is a short walk or drive to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the town of Jackson is only a 15-minute drive, or minutes away lies the Moose Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park. The property location provides convenient access to ski lifts, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, and more. This home features a primary suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, respectively. This home will comfortably be able to accommodate your family or group of friends. With a very relaxing lower-level living room/kitchen and east-facing windows, which face Sleeping Indian Peak, you can sit next to the fireplace after a day of skiing, mountain biking, or hiking. The unit features a deck with a grill, a dining table for six, and a beautiful lawn. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax on the deck, enjoy the lawn area and take in the beautiful mountain views. With a one-car garage and two parking spaces in front of the garage, you will have plenty of space to store your gear and not worry about parking during your stay. Included in your stay is access to Sundance Tennis and Swim Club, which is an outdoor facility that opens at the end of November - early April and end of May - the end of September. You can walk to JHMR or enjoy the complimentary shuttle which picks you up out front of the house and drops you off at the base of the ski area. The shuttle runs from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. so it's perfect for accessing the base of Teton Village where you can enjoy family activities or fine dining and après skiing.
