Worst hotel I’ve “tried” to stay in. It was so dirty and smelled so terribly we left before staying the night. The staff was dressed in workout clothes and were talking about previous customers while I was checking in.

I wish I had seen reviews of this place. It was so bad. It smelled, fire alarm was gone, dirty room. We had one towel and we called to get more, the lazy lady at the front desk never gave us more. Doors in the hall had what looked like hammer marks on them. The morning the guy would not even get up from his comfy chair out front to get us checked out, or make any coffee or get more food. I have never written a review before but for how bad this place was, I felt it needed to be done. It was very bad.

Upon check out, I was charged $200 for "stains on sheets and towels." The manger will NOT call me back. Upon check in, we saw several roaches on the floor of the room. We were so tired after our 13 hr drive, we decided to stay against our better judgment. I checked the bed like I always do when getting to a motel room. The sheets were dingy. We slept on top of the covers using our own blankets and pillows. The only towel that was used as a washcloth. I know for a fact, no stains were caused by my family. Looking at the reviews, I am not the only person this has happened to. The motel is a disgrace to the Ramada corporate name.

Visited this hotel for one evening. Paid using **********. Stacey Hughes (Mgr) took my card for incidentals but didn't mention she was actually going to run it for $100 dollar deposit (almost twice the cost of the room). After over a week, I called to see about getting the hold removed and was told that there were "stains on my sheets." Total lie. You can see from other reviews that I am not the only one that Stacey is scamming. Stacey also claimed to be the manager of the hotel, would not give me a corporate number (snidely told me to call back tomorrow and I can talk to her again), and would not give me the owning entities name. I called Ramada customer service and made a complaint (Ref#4718852 - via Edward) and was told there was "nothing that could be done." DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE! TRUST ME! The rooms are not worth it!

Drove 9 hrs for a 1 night stay. Jan 1 Charged $100 incidental charge on my credit card. Won't refund. Claimed stains on towels and bed. Of course. I took pictures. Talked to manager Stacey Hughes says send pics. I did. No response. Place is filthy and needs leveled. Stealing is criminal. I'm handicapped on a fixed budget.

DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS A FRAUD. IT IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND NOT OWNED BY RAMADA. My husband and I booked this hotel online under the impression that it was a Ramada. After driving for 4 hours and arriving there at 2:00 a.m. we checked in. It was a dump. Upon check out I learned the name is Boutique Hotel (sketchy). I was told the $100 security fee would fall off our card in 7-10 business days however today when I called they told me we had "stains on sheets and towels". I spoke to the manager, Stacy, who said we should have notified the manager on duty.
