Nous avons réservé une suite King One Bedroom avec View Sea - Fumer. Nous avons toutefois découvert lors de l'arrivée que nous avions une chambre non-fumeur. Pas une rupture de marché, mais il serait bon pour l'hôtel de garder la chambre vendue si ils ne peuvent pas offrir ce qui est indiqué. Pour co****sare, ils nous ont mis à la 2e chambre la plus grande de l'hôtel avec la vue de la mer et de la ville, qui était jolie. La chambre était belle et spacieuse, en général était propre, mais les coupes et verres dans la chambre n'étaient pas propres, la même pour la zone de petit déjeuner. Le personnel était très bien placé et bien placé, le service de la chambre était rapide et ils se sont très attachés à leur client quand il est venu servir le petit déjeuner. La location de l'hôtel est l'une des meilleures de Mumbai, et la vue est magnifique - la queues des reine. 100% recommandé :)

J'étais dans la chambre 2909. Les travailleurs étaient tous très aimables, surtout Vivek. Il est si cool et nous avons parlé beaucoup. Mais comme je l'ai écrit, tous les travailleurs étaient très aimables et courtois. La nourriture était toujours très goûtée, les chambres sont très confortables et vous pouvez dormir très bien sur le lit. Pas mal, bien que la chambre simple soit assez petite, mais il est acceptable de vivre seul. Les taxis non climatisés prépayés de l'aéroport sont à environ 660 + 70 (péages, je ne sais pas si c'était piqué). De l'hôtel, uber à l'aéroport est 500 + 20 (pourboire). Je n'ai jamais trouvé l'entrée principale de cet hôtel. Ils venaient tous du couloir de l'hôtel Trident voisin. Ce n'est qu'au jour du départ que l'entrée principale de l'hôtel se trouvait au premier étage négatif ! A l'extérieur de l'hôtel se trouve ”Yuebanwan”, qui est très animé la nuit. Si l'air est bon, vous pouvez toujours courir. Marchez jusqu'à la porte de l'Inde pendant environ 20 minutes, toutes sortes de bruits sur la route. Il n'y a pas de supermarché près de l'hôtel, mais il y a des Starbucks et McDonalds, et il y a aussi un cinéma. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est toujours bon, à la carte + petit buffet, le service est bon.

C'est un privilege de séjourner dans ce magnifique hotel historique, authentique palace fréquenté par tant de stars et de chefs d'Etat. Il y a une aile historique (1900) et une tour moderne (1972), et meme dans la partie moderne ou j'ai sejourné, les chambres sont char***tes, beaucoup beneficiant d'une vue directe sur la mer et la Gateway of India. Literie parfaite (les draps sont delicieux !) et decoration impeccable. Les parties communes de l'hotel sont superbes, parfaitement entretenues, et vous transportent dans un monde parallele. Malgre le nombre de clients et l'impression de mouvement perpetuel qui habite cet hotel, le service est particulierement attentionné et courtois. Petit-dejeuner buffet tres frais et tres varié, digne des lieux. Les prix sont bien sur élevés pour l'Inde, y compris dans les restaurants de l'hotel, mais en comparaison avec les prix pratiqués par les palaces a travers le monde, ne ***quez surtout pas cette expérience unique si vous visitez Bombay.

Bon emplacement, près de la porte de l'Inde, puis à proximité de la gare et du musée de Victoria. Cependant, la chambre d'hôtel était très petite et n'avait pas de fenêtre. L'air était très mauvais et sentait mauvais. Le service de la réception est correct. Ne commandez pas de plateau de poulet grillé lorsqu'il y a un restaurant de barbecue indien sur le côté gauche de l'hôtel.

Bien situé dans la partie sud de la ville, ce grand building est bien conçu et les chambres impeccables sont très confortables, bien que pas immenses. Prendre les chambres donnant sur la mer. Excellent petit déjeuner, un choix énorme de plats, viennoiseries, fruits, etc... Le restaurant Thaï est très bien. Personnel est très attentionné.

I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

Il a été très agréable de séjourner 2 nuits à Satkar, Thane. Seul l'internet était un petit problème dont l'hôtel a été informé. Nayanika à la réception a été très utile pour nous réserver Ola, comme je me battais pour réserver Uber de mon téléphone portable. Le personnel était très utile et amable.

Entouré d'un linge, en famille. Pros: Le service était bon. La nourriture était bonne. Les gens étaient agréables. La situation était décente. A eu un séjour raisonnablement agréable. Cons: La taille de la chambre était très petite. La salle de bain a été aussi frappée par l'exigence de fermer une porte avant d'accéder à l'autre. C'était frustrant. Je sais que Mumbai est coûteux, mais je ne pouvais pas comparer les tailles/valeurs pour l'argent. Alors, bien que cela soit frustrant, ne réduisant pas une étoile pour cet aspect. Il y avait presque quelques pieds autour du lit. Dans cet espace, il y avait des réservoirs de verre protruisant, pour garder la boîte de haut de la télévision. Nous avons continué de faire mal. Cela doit être déplacé au-dessus de 7 pieds. Les toilettes n'étaient pas si propres.

Entouré d'un linge, en famille. Pros: Le service était bon. La nourriture était bonne. Les gens étaient agréables. La situation était décente. A eu un séjour raisonnablement agréable. Cons: La taille de la chambre était très petite. La salle de bain a été aussi frappée par l'exigence de fermer une porte avant d'accéder à l'autre. C'était frustrant. Je sais que Mumbai est coûteux, mais je ne pouvais pas comparer les tailles/valeurs pour l'argent. Alors, bien que cela soit frustrant, ne réduisant pas une étoile pour cet aspect. Il y avait presque quelques pieds autour du lit. Dans cet espace, il y avait des réservoirs de verre protruisant, pour garder la boîte de haut de la télévision. Nous avons continué de faire mal. Cela doit être déplacé au-dessus de 7 pieds. Les toilettes n'étaient pas si propres.

Très bon hôtel avec une agréable piscine au dernier étage. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien isolées. Le restaurant est excellent (les plats sont variés, de qualité et pas trop pimentés) et le service irréprochable... merci Yogesh.

Excellent ambiance,location,comfort,rein et accueil du personnel.Les chambres sont propres et l'hygiène est élevée.Le personnel est très ami et formé à regarder l'invité avec politesse et approche positive.Hotel ***agent est strictement suivi de tous les covid 19 protocol.Le petit déjeuner buffet quotidien était superbe au restaurant.J'avais mangé des rouleaux de poulet kabab et malaise tikka rouleaux c'était très délicieux et les repas sont également excellents au restaurant de poivre.Contrôle était très doux .M. Bushhan à la réception était très Il est très bon de se rendre à l' heure de la visite et de la visite de M. Saurabh, qui est très doux et très courtois et très utile pendant notre séjour .

Notre séjour était très agréable. Nous venons juste de partir des États et le personnel de l'hôtel a été très utile avec notre réaménagement à la vie ici en Inde. Les installations étaient toujours très propres aussi. Nous resterions certainement ici encore!!

Je vous écris sur le petit déjeuner buffet que nous avons allé à notre hôpital en tant que poste de célébration une conférence que nous avons assisté. On nous a dit que ça coûte 1600 et ils nous donneraient un rabais. Ne mentionnez pas que si nous avons un rabais, il serait un déjeuner de travail! La diffusion était la plus grave que j'aie jamais vue. Les désserts étaient terribles. Sur la prochaine table était un groupe qui avait payé le montant total et étaient constamment servis commençants, etc. qui étaient ”pas pour notre table à rabais”. Le personnel de l'hôpital est très humilié et très ennuyeux, surtout parce que notre personnel hospitalier est client régulier. Le groupe Marriott doit se pencher sur ce sujet.

It was one of the most memorable of experience to have achieved from all levels be that on my personal grounds what I had been seeking towards and at the same time the amazing comfort that was provided to us by the hotel and its overall staff was altogether to another next level. I wouldn't have achieved anything better than this at any other place if I had chosen. Keep up the good work Express Inn as this is not the only time I to have come as I'll be coming in most regularly, for you'll truly touched my heart. You'll bought in the smile that I had it long missing out in my life for quite sometime. A special word of mention goes for Lax*** from the Reservation Desk who did all kinds of workability for accommodating us, though being so very hard pressed because of year end scenario. The Front Desk ***ager Ms. Lovely who ensured to give all her care and attention throughout be that on our arrival until we leaving. She ensured to not get us disappointed anywhere to the extent of even accompanying ***** with us to our room. The Bar & Beverage ***ager - Keith who ensured to release out his time for us to interact with him whenever we were around to give us the much needed solace and laughter under his care and attention. Yogesh-The Bell Boy who is such a delight to be around with who not only holds an amazing personality but is one of the most sweetest of person I having met. A rare individual to be found these days who is so gentle, polite and highly comforting. Hope he achieves much more greater success in the hospitality industry unlike to what he is currently doing out of responsibility which actually doesnot justify to his personality which is meant for him to achieve much more bigger. The overall staff of Astria the in-house Restaurant which I can't express in words to what all they did forth in order to solve off our hunger pangs when we happened to miss out on the breakfast schedule. The House-Keeping staff too was always on their toes and readily available whenever we required of anything even though a whole lot was going at the same time at the facility especially of a certain VIP event. Lastly my word of gratitude even goes for the security personnels at the gate who remain energetic and most responsible throughout to cater to our car parking worries. Always more than ready to help & assist by providing timely valet services. May God bless everyone for Express Inn to become even more valuable to what it already is

I recently stayed at this property during visit to Mumbai. Its located near truck terminus in Vashi-Navi Mumbai. It's a decent hotel with clean rooms, good food and courteous staff. The well spread buffet breakfast is served on the ground floor restaurant.
