Nous avons visité cette propriété après avoir été là il y a 20 ans. Elle est toujours une propriété fab. Personnel exceptionnel. Place nécessite beaucoup de réparations et je suis sûr qu'elles sont sur elle. La seule chose que nous étions très ennuyés était - sur notre hébergement et notre nourriture. La maison de service n'est pas à la disposition de la maison, ni même d'une tasse de thé. La location de la propriété était loin des magasins et d'autres logements, de sorte que notre chauffeur devait conduire une bonne distance pour avoir une tasse de café. J'ai escaladé cela au milieu de notre séjour - la réponse était bien sûr que nous allons le faire, monsieur - mais rien n'est arrivé. Nous planions revenir comme nous le voulons, mais si cela n'a pas été amélioré, nous allons réfléchir résolument à des alternatives.

The hotel is very nice with most of the facilities like parking space, good ac, bed, all the bathroom kits were available. Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained. We could make our bed time tea in the room itself. Also it had a swimming pool in case u want to have fun with your friends. We had lunch dinner and breakfast in the hotel itself. Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel is near to palace, bird sanctuary and temple. So i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Already submitted on the app thanks

C'est un bel hôtel dans une belle ville

I have stayed at this hotel a few years back and was impressed by their professionalism and quality of the hotel. Now both are lacking. Ok entry we were told strictly and almost rudely that no guests are allowed in to the rooms. We had no intention of bringing in guests! the rooms were good and clean. Breakfast used to be an impressive buffet spread now there were very few items. What was served was indeed tasty. Overall the value for the amount paid is not seen in the stay experience!

The hotel does not have properly insulated rooms hence the sounds from the reception and outside is very prominently heard inside. Bad for people looking for a sound sleep. The services like towels, water etc needed to be reminded multiple times to get done. The reception and the staff need to kept reminding for every little task to be done. Same with restaurant service, very poor … taking a lot of time even for meals. And they keep asking and confirming your order multiple times. Long way to go and guess they have staff with little or no experience. Not an experience worth remembering.
