Our cottage is designed by Topsider (Topsider.com) which is famous for the design for wind flow and hurricane sustainability. If you are unable to climb stairs this is not the property for you. The house is situated on a 3.5 acre small family farm and is surrounded to the North by Parker Ranch land as far as the eye can see. Kamuela is a short drive up the hill where you can enjoy farmers markets on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s as well as shops and dining. Waikoloa Beach Resort is just 20 minutes away to the South and Kohala Town is a little over 30 minutes to the North.
