Its a very nice, clean place - beach and views are as good as you would expect for any resort in the Caribbean. They have a very helpful staff and a nice outside cafe/restaurant. Really good Mexican restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the beach. Better gym facility than most places as well. One thing I would like is a hand vac to clean up the sand that gets in the room from your shoes, towels, etc. but that happens at any place on the beach.

Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres sont belles, les vues sont belles, le lit est si confortable, la pression de douche est étonnante, le service est étonnante, il y a juste autant de choses étonnantes que je ne sais même pas où commencer. J'ai eu le plaisir de manger. Lorsque j'ai eu ma chambre, je n'étais pas prête, je suis allé à Zest et j'ai eu le snapper rouge. 10 sur 10 recommandations! Mon vermine était Carlande, et je l'ai vue pratiquement tous les jours que je suis allé manger. Elle était étonnante et si douce! Je suis venue à cette arrivée, et tout le monde avec lequel j'ai interagi était étonnant. Leur personnel m'a fait remarquer que je suis heureux, mais mes trois premiers seront certainement Carlande, Francesca et Ruth. Francesca a pris ces impressionnantes photos de moi et a eu des angles et des photos multiples! Les gens ne le font pas toujours et quand je vous dis qu'elle a pris des photos de FURE, je ne peux pas attendre de les poster. Ruth, je dirais littéralement bonjour à Ruth chaque fois que je la vois parce qu'elle avait juste cet esprit d'amour pour elle. Elle était si utile et toujours gentille. Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Je suis très heureux de voir les gens qui ont été très heureux, et je suis très heureux de voir le personnel et l'ensemble du camping comme je reviendrai. La barbecue qu'ils ont sur la plage samedi soir, le friand est si bon ! J'avais aussi la biscuite à l'indigu et c'était aussi super. Je ne suis pas un boisson, mais ils semblent certainement regarder le liqueur quand ils font des boissons, alors si vous êtes un grand fan de l'alcool, vous allez certainement apprécier vos boissons ici.

J'ai lu beaucoup de critiques avant de partir et j'étais préparé pour les problèmes de personnel et de chambre. Nous avons été agréablement surpris lorsque nous avons été accueillis par un personnel souriant et serviable. Nous sommes arrivés tôt et nous avons fait une visite personnelle du complexe. On nous a montré où tout était et nous avons conduit au restaurant pour déjeuner jusqu'à ce que notre chambre soit prête. Notre chambre était face à l'océan et très agréable. Nous étions au deuxième étage, donc je peux voir où les gens qui se sont retrouvés au premier auraient été mécontents. Si nous l'avions été, nous n'aurions pas vu l'océan pour les buissons. La plage et l'eau étaient fabuleuses Si vous êtes un marcheur de plage, vous pouvez marcher des kilomètres et le sable est si doux. Il y avait du vent ce qui était agréable car il aurait probablement été chaud sinon. Je sais que les enfants sont inclus ici mais nous pensions qu'ils seraient à l'école quand nous y serions. Malheureusement, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec les bébés à la place. Il y a quelque chose de rebutant que quelqu'un change une couche dans la chaise à côté de vous à la plage! Je pense que nous ne ferons adulte que la prochaine fois. Nous sommes descendus la plage à gauche un matin tôt et nous avons trouvé le Beach House. Le gars qui installait les chaises de plage était très gentil et nous a invités à venir prendre le petit déjeuner. Wow quelle différence dans les stations. Notre petit déjeuner était à la carte et très bon. L'atmosphère était beaucoup plus chic et calme. Il n'y avait pas autant d'activité sur la plage qu'Alexandra. Chaque invité a ses propres chaises assignées. La nourriture à l'Alexandra était correcte étant donné que c'est de l'IA. Il était difficile de déterminer où se trouvait le dîner chaque soir, car ceux-ci étaient ouverts. Le bar à smoothies, le poulet jerk et la pizza étaient super. Nous avons eu quelques jours de pluie qui ne laissaient aux gens où aller vraiment que leur chambre. Ils devraient avoir une zone centralisée qui a un auvent ou quelque chose. Cela aurait également été bien s'ils avaient une sorte de divertissement le soir. Ils ont parfois joué de la musique, mais le divertissement en direct aurait été formidable. Les serveurs et les barmans étaient super. Très serviable et énergique. Je dirai que le vin était bon marché. Je ne peux pas dire sur les boissons mélangées. Les îles Turks et Caicos valent vraiment le détour et nous reviendrons mais probablement pour essayer un autre hôtel.

Second time coming to T&C, but first time staying here. Classic saying of “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” applied to this visit. The property was nice, the beach (as usual) was immaculate with beautiful water…BUT that won’t change as you choose most of the accommodations on Grace Bay. Your overall experience however can change dramatically from choosing one property over the other. The grounds are kept very clean and neat, with lush perfectly landscaped gardens throughout. The ocean view suites are very spacious and nice. However… We came back from the beach our second day here and found that we had no running water at all. Called the front desk went back and forth for 10 minutes before maintenance finally came and told us that they had shut the water in our room off because the water heater had a leak, and now they wanted to come back and replace it. Less than ideal when you have dinner plans in 40 minutes and no running water after a day out. So we leave them to do their thing in the room and leave for the night. Come back around midnight and go to take a shower…water runs, but won’t get hot!!! We’re pretty pissed at this point and decide to sleep it off. The next morning we go down to the front desk, and a manager “escorts” us back to the room to feel the water as if we don’t know what hot water feels like only to say “yeah, there’s no hot water”…thanks so much for the ground breaking info! Maintenance comes back to the room again and says they need to work on the water heater….again. After a day and a half of no water/cold water we were given a fruit/cheese platter with a genetic “sorry for the inconvenience” note. At the end of the whole ordeal and a little back and forth we ended up getting a discounted rate for our last night and felt that was sufficient. Overall, we were happy with the property itself, and aside from the water debacle we had a nice stay. I’ll break down the cliff notes below: -Property: 4/5, just beautiful all around. Kept very clean and tidy. The only gripe I have is there’s not much relief from the heat in the way of AC. Your best bet during lunch is getting one of the seats at the beach bar so the fan hits you. -Beach: 4/5, kept immaculate. Crystal clear water and pristine white sand. The issue was the seating. The loungers were all placed so tightly together that you’re on top of each other at times. People get out early and take the front row then never return to their chairs all day. Very annoying especially when the front row is all gridlocked and you have to walk all the way around to get into the water. Not sure why the other resorts on the beach seem to have a nice pattern but here they couldn’t get it down. -Pool: 3.5/5, no frills but a nice size and was always kept clean. The swim up bar was nice to have although service was often very slow. (Island time to the max) same deal with chairs, people come out early throw towels down and never come back. Still easy to find chairs mid day though. -Room: 3
