Hôtels proches de Monument of the Pontic Greek Genocide, Thessalonique

This hotel is so clean and friendly. The rooms are small but oh the beds!! So comfy i didnt want to get up. The bathrooms are also small and not a lot of room to move about but adequate for one :) the room was made up every day. We had a balcony that again small but adequate for 2 to sit out on. This is a city break hotel. There are no beaches near by, it would be 35 mins in a car to the nearest. We spend 6 nights here. We found a lovely place called the AVENUE by the umbrellas design. It had amble seating outside and was very popular by locals. It overlooked the sea, we recommend going here if you want to relax. The breakfast was continental with some hot food but not much, scrambled egg and mini sausages. There was no toast !! The breakfast choice for us was a little disappointing so we did not go on 3 days of our stay. For those who like to have a kettle, bring your own as there is no room facilities. Luckily mum had bought her travel one and tea bags !! There is a small fridge in the room too. We had a comfortable stay here and walked so much as there is a lot to see here. Restaurants are plentiful nearby, just across the road 20 steps away is a fab restaurant Kanoula that was perfect.

As long-term and frequent travelers to Thessaloniki, we found ourselves unexpectedly at the Mediterranean Palace through a snafu in reservations at another hotel in Thessaloniki. Dismayed at the unplanned change, we decided to make the best of our remaining trip. The mix-up, however, proved serendipitous. MP exceeded all expectations by far. From this point forward it will be our hotel of choice, a designation well -earned through superlative service by all staff, the finest culinary offerings, Martha-Stewart-topping holiday decorations and events, and choice location adjoining the famous Ladadika historical district of eateries. This is a full-service, five-star hotel (with bath-tubs) that won’t disappoint. We used the spa and restaurant regularly and were delighted even with the last available room in the hotel that offered us a lovely desk and sitting area, with a full bath and quiet location at the end of a corridor. But more than the typical descriptions from brochures and websites, the staff earned our deepest appreciation for their constant assistance. With our visual and mobility challenges, added to our tough “business” schedule, each of the staff looked out for us and helped make our trip a resounding success. Their attention to detail, unfailing cheerfulness and politeness impressed us as no other facility across the globe. In particular, we would like to thank the General Hotel and Customer Relations Managers. Not to be omitted are Ms. Katerina of the housekeeping staff; of the waitstaff, Mr. Giannis, Mr. Tassos, Ms. Despoina, and Ms. Georgia, among others who made our stay so memorable. We strongly urge travelers to book their stays at this hotel!

Nous avons séjourné ici pour 4 nuits en tant que base pour visiter Thessalonique. L'hôtel est bien situé sur une rue centrale occupée. Si vous voulez utiliser l'aéroport bus, il se ferme juste dehors. Notre chambre de vue de la ville était moderne et propre, avec de bonnes installations. Nous avons une chambre confortable, un grand lit, un réfrigérateur, une salle de bains climatisée et une douche grande et une grande variété de toilettes. Les avenants électriques étaient des avenants, la chambre était belle et sombre la nuit. La seule question avec la chambre pour nous était que, après la rénovation récente de l'hôtel, vous ne pouvez toujours pas mettre du papier toilette dans le toilette, vous devez utiliser le bin à côté de celui-ci. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec une grande sélection de nourriture, y compris céréales, fruits, pain, viande, fromage, hot-dogs, gâteau et pâtisseries. Je resterais certainement ici si je rentre à Thessalonique.

Si vous avez l'occasion d'aller à nouveau à Thessalonique, vous y retournerez certainement. Le service est très attentionné : la réception prendra l'initiative de vous aider à vous renseigner sur l'heure et le tarif des bus longue distance (en vous rappelant même les réductions), et un sandwich à 5 euros peut aussi être complet, et les ingrédients sont copieux; le petit déjeuner est exquis et copieux, et il est servi jusqu'à 11h30, ce qui est suffisant pour le brunch; Renseignez-vous sur la nourriture à proximité et recommandez directement un restaurant super classique et économique?C'est un hôtel qui traite les clients comme amis, et vous pouvez vous sentir aimé.

À quelques kilomètres à pied du centre de Thessalonique, mais facile à pied. Vous pouvez obtenir une place de parking à l'extérieur, mais la circulation est mentale et peut vous prendre du temps pour entrer et sortir de la ville. En marchant vers le centre de Thessalonique, vous passez devant ce qui semble être le centre des immigrants de Grèce, ce qui peut être un peu intimidant, mais j'allais bien. Le réceptionniste était incroyable et a surclassé ma chambre gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment mauvais, je n'ai jamais eu de nourriture aussi mauvaise mais à quoi vous attendre pour le prix que j'ai payé. Je reviendrais ici si je visitais Thessalonique mais si vous recherchez du luxe ou quelque chose de 3* et plus, ce n'est pas ça 😂

The staff at the hotel are first class. Very welcoming, approachable, professional and friendly. Always there when you need something. You could feel the strong bonds between the hotel staff, like a family. The panoramic view of Thessaloniki from the hotel is simple stunning and I was very much enthralled by it. You can see from the airport on the left, all the way over to the city centre on the right. And on a clear day you can see Mt. Olympus in the distance. The rooms were well furnished and the hotel was decorated for Greek Easter, with some unexpected Easter treats in the room when we arrived. I also loved the collection of team memorabilia, who have stayed in the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay again. In fact would visit Thessaloniki just to stay in the hotel again!

Magnifique hôtel. Chambre spacieuse Acceuil et Personnel au top rien à dire tout était parfait. Nourriture délicieuse piscine Magnifique merci pour tous !!! Hâte d'y revenir . La conciergerie c'est occupé de nous avec une rapidité incroyable !
