« Very good, professional service and worry free stay.
1. caretaker was very very friendly. He had called in advance to ask when we would check in, shared the number we can use in case of any need and also told us he will be out on the road if we need help to locate the property. we eventually did have to call him because the house is located beside a slope and it's from a level down to the road from the direction we came( the other side of the house it's located above the road). but as soon as we called he was out on the road and helped us. 2. One point to note is that we have to park the car on the road. The house required climbing stairs up/down, so we cannot take the car past the gate. 3. the bathrooms are very clean ( bathrooms are the biggest fear for me). Their shower was very very good and unlike most places in tvm located near the beach, the tap water was not hard water. it was soft. they have hot and cold water. Towels were also provided, so also soap and travel friendly size of shampoo and moisturizer.
4. you can hear the waves loud and clear. you can also see the waves from your porch etc. you can also see the Vizinjam mosque dome and minarets from he property. also the lighthouse is very close by and can be seen from the property. 5. The beach is super near. Everything is at walking distance. Breakfast offered was bread, butter/jam. so we opted out. Drinking water was provided. There are cupboards inside for storage.Chairs and a table too. There is a door between the bottom two rooms that can be locked or unlocked. Hence it's great for families security wise. Overall, it's reliable and worry free. »

IInvitéОтель новый, чистый. Фото нет смысла выставлять, т. к все фото на трипкоме соответствуют действительности. Вся мебель новая, в отличном состоянии. Кондиционеры, вентиляторы-все рабочее. Горячая вода тоже есть, нужно немного подождать, пока стечет. Есть холодильник (новый, без запахов) электрочайник, телевизор (мы его не включали, не знаем, рабочий или нет) . При заезде предоставляется мыло, зубная щётка, паста, расческа, шампунь. Все это в мелком формате. Обслуживание в отеле не хуже, чем в Европе. В любом вопросе, который возникал, помогали. Такого отношения к туристам давно не встречали. По Азии путешествуем уже лет 8, есть с чем сравнить. Этот отель лучший из тех, где нам удалось побывать. От пляжей далековато. До ближайшего пляжа идти минут 20. Но если брать мопед, проблем не должно быть. При отеле есть парковка. И круглосуточная охрана. Приехали в отель очень рано, заселение произвели без доплаты за ранее заселение. Завтрак: вегетарианский шведский стол. Наша оценка отелю и его персоналу 10 из 10!

SSunnyLe séjour à Green Cove était incroyable. C'était notre séjour après une très longue période et nous l'avions apprécié au plus profond. Les chambres sont entourées d'arbres et de plantes verdoyants, ce qui donne une sensation très agréable. Cet endroit est très bien entretenu. La nourriture était délicieuse et le personnel était très accueillant.

IInvitéIn one word, Excellent. The service provided was excellent. You would feel it was a 4 star hotel. The best stay we've had while visiting India. Very clean and the deco is so pleasing to the eye.
The ***ager was excellent, so were the staff. The ***ager was very accommodating of our needs. Did everything to make our stay comfortable. No wonder the staff were so good. As for the chef! what can I say. Excellent. Meals were delicious and cheaper than eating out of the hotel. Wish I could have brought him back with me!!!
No hesitation to recommend. As I said, equivalent to a 4 star hotel

Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

The fragrant smell was too strong.
I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight
Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.
Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.
Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

IInvitéVery good location, only 5 mins away from the main cliff. Clean rooms, and bathroom was decently maintained. There are not a lot of amenities considering that it's a homestay, so bring those items with you. But basic soap and shampoo was available. A kettle was there ***** with tea bags, etc. Breakfast was fine, for the price we paid. The caretaker jishu was available throughout our stay for any help. Extra bed was not available, but an extra mattress was given upon request. Don't expect an exquisite customer service because there are no trained hotel staff here. Only one caretaker is available for the full property. The main usp has to the proximity to the beach.

GGavinAngEn général, je suis heureux de rester ici toute cette semaine, simplement parce que tout le personnel est super amical.
Seuls quelques commentaires personnels concernant la carte d'accès à l'hôtel, pas de troubles/ nettoyage ma carte de chambre ne sont pas standard de 5 étoiles.
Les problèmes d'hygiène sont les plus importants : il faut faire un effort ou améliorer l'eau potable, la bouteille est sale, la bouteille est sale, le mur est moulé, etc.
La plupart des aliments du restaurant ne sont pas disponibles.
Les salles de bains sont très bien situées, les toilettes sont très bien situées.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très bien situé et l'hôtel est juste bien. Il faut une rénovation autour du chemin qui mène à la plage. ***y choisir cette location pour faciliter l'accès aux plages, si cela n'est pas maintenu, il conduira à déception.
Le SPA n'est pas par espérance et l'entretien du spa est très mauvais. La nourriture est supérieure à la moyenne. Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon mais la variété n'est pas pour ceux qui restent plus longtemps. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une bonne expérience. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et très bien informé et nous avons entendu parler de nos préoccupations.
