Nous avons récemment réservé un séjour de 3 jours et 3 nuits à The residence towers Trivandrum. C'était la deuxième fois que nous avions réservé les tours de résidence, la première fois il y a 5 ans. L'hôtel est très proprement entretenu et la nourriture est très bonne. Le personnel est très utile. Nous avons appelé la réception pour l'aide et l'avocat *** (M. Vishnu) est venu à notre chambre avec un kit d'aide de première nécessité. Le ***ager était avec nous tout le temps à l'hôpital et payait toutes les factures (qui nous avons remboursées plus tard ce jour) et a reçu toutes les médicaments prescrits. Il était impressionnant de voir combien de temps ils ont agi, de penser à un hôpital avec un CT-scan (s'il s'agissait d'une blessure de tête) et de prendre pleinement le contrôle de la situation quand nous étions tous inquiets et soignants de ma mère. Même si c'était notre dernière nuit, le ***ager était si gentil et soignant pour nous donner un lit de roulement supplémentaire, de sorte que ma mère pouvait obtenir un peu d'espace supplémentaire et dormir tranquillement sans avoir à s'inquiéter de sortir de nouveau du lit. Les services de ce type, surtout en période difficile, nous disent vraiment combien ils s'inquiètent de leurs clients. Recommandez vivement cet endroit pour tout le monde à la recherche d'un séjour en Trivandrum.

The Dimora Hotel has remarkable service and the staff were really great. Ms Jeedhu, Guest relations officer was really exceptional with her cheerful greetings and advice. Easily accessible from railways station and bus stand. Rooms are well maintained.

South Park is conveniently located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Secretariat and not far from the Sree Pad***abhaswamy Temple. We were allowed to check in more than 2 hours before the standard time, which was appreciative. Very good sized rooms, comfortable beds ***** with a clean bathroom. We were allotted a room on the 4th floor. Some of the furniture may appear old-styled though that is not a concern. The AC functioning was a bit of an issue which made the room very cold though the weather outside was quite the opposite. Considering the kind of place, the food especially the breakfast, though not bad, could have been better. May not be a bad idea to stay here and try other better food options in the city, which are not too far. The hotel staff was co-operative and prompt in attending to regular requirements. A good stay option to consider when travelling to Thiruvananthapuram.

Hôtel moderne et ultra propre et d un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Parfait emplacement au calme mais en ville. Chambres grandes et de tout confort. Personnel aidant et très aimable. Accueil au top. Petit déjeuner et buffet excellents également, grand choix et de grande qualité. Piscine sur le toit avec vue spectaculaire sur la ville. Je le recom***de sans une seule hésitation. Parfait a tout point de vue. Quelle agréable surprise. J'y suis revenu une deuxième nuit avant de prendre mon vol en plein milieu de nuit tellement j'avais aime ma précédente nuit avant départ pour kovalam. Bravo a toute l'équipe a tout niveau.

Even though we stayed here just for one night in March 2023, yet we are carrying wonderful memories of stay and the culinary experience @ this little gem of Hilton chain. I asked for a veg burger for in-room dining to Lijo. Even on phone this guy was very polite, alert and energetic. The burger was really out of this world. Please try this Curried veg burger if you are here. Chef Rajneesh created this burger and he deserves my compliments. For dinner we were well served by a very polite and young *** Jayakarthick. The restaurant ***ager Vignesh was taking rounds of tables and it was very nice of him to ask about our food experience. We had ordered Meen Mulkittathu ( fish curry ) with Appam. It was high spicy to our taste and we rate it as one of the best. It was made by chef Sanal who deserves our compliments. We ordered Elaneer Payasam as dessert which was also top class. I would also like to thank Chef ***n to carefully note our precise instructions on the food. Mr Sarvanan was also very attentive and took good care of us. We were looked after so well by these gentlemen that it made our evening unforgettable. Thank you Hilton for suo-moto giving 10 per cent discount as Hilton Honors member.

Hôtel très agréable, La végétation donne un côté très éco/moderne. Les gens sont super sympathique et au petit soin. Ma quarantaine est passé très vite grâce a une chambre bien équipée et un wifi de qualité. J’ai apprécié la douche qui à beaucoup de pression comparé à d’autres hôtel. Le restaurant fait des buffets délicieux digne de grand restaurant indien. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mes futures déplacements en Inde. Je recom***derais juste d’équiper les chambres de boîtiers android TV afin de donner la possibilité de pouvoir regarder Netflix où autre. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel.

Excellent food and service, restaurants ambience was great.. staffs are very friendly and smiling faces always , all hotel staff are working day and night to satisfy customers , food at buffet during Breakfast Dinner are mouth watering with lot of things kept in table, Chef is also excellent, with good staff in front office, even ***ager is very Good
