Nous avons initialement fait notre réservation ici simplement parce qu'il était entre le point A et le point B sur notre voyage routier. Mais après avoir voyageu autour du sud de la Californie, séjourné dans des hôtels moins heureux, et traité de trafic; nous nous sommes tournés l'un vers l'autre et nous avons dit, ”Retournons à Palm Garden et relaxons pendant quelques jours.” Le personnel -- tout le monde! -- était amiable, le lieu était immaculeux, la piscine et la zone de jardin magnifique et relaxant. Rosewood Trail et un théâtre de cinéma près. À ce moment, je retournerais là comme notre seule destination!

Nous restons habituellement toujours à Marriott, mais comme nous resterions plus d'un mois de loisirs et en voyageant entre la Californie et l'Arizona pour mon fils de base-ball devaient trouver un endroit abordable pour rester. Le motel est un motel qui nous a été offert et nous n'avons jamais séjourné dans les hôtels. Le personnel est étonnant et toujours disponible si vous avez besoin de serviettes ou de papier toilette. Le personnel de la ville était très agréable, et ils se sont fait prendre soin de lui. Ils ont été très aimables de laisser les animaux rester, comme pas beaucoup d'hôtels et de motels le permettent.

Racist and discriminatory behavior for kids! We came new to California from other state and trusted this place to start our new life in California but we repented badly!! The assistant general manager Michelle has mental issue and is a racist and discriminated person! We booked this place for 3 months while we wait for closing our house. We are educated and good people who don’t drink alcohol, drugs or anything!! Just that we have kids and they had to spent whole time in studio room, so they used to play games during the day calmly so they don’t disturb anyone. Out of nowhere, She made us leave calling us bad and complaining about our race culture, race and kids been loud!! She could have warned us before right about the noise? But nope!!!! She had no compassion for my kids!! Other allegation/made false story that we “add pressure” to her damn staff! If shower or stove stops working, isn’t that hotel responsible to fix that? Is that adding pressure?? After convincing and pleading for giving us 24 hours notice. She moved us to corner dirty uncleaned unit and we quietly accepted it. We didn’t want to move again and convinced her to let us stay in the same room without expecting anything since this place was close to my kids school and office and we were all settled and didn’t wanna keep changing places due to covid but she had no compassion and kicked us out talking bad about our race and kids! That was the last straw! And we just left from this dictatorship place forever! Management if you reading this!! She has made this place a rotten place!!! There is only one rule! “Michelle rule”like a dictatorship. After throwing us out, we had to live unsecured places and my kids were heart broken for people treating us so bad for their race!!! And for kids being a kid!!! But finally we closed on our house and in peace now!!! But m sure michelle your karma will bite you some day! Seek some help! And stop harassing poor guest with children and cursing on other’s race!! and have some compassion!! If you are colored skin! Be very careful here!!!

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de places de parking à l'intérieur, le bord de la route peut être arrêté à la porte. L'hôtel est dans la vieille ville, une petite rue, très proche de la voie rapide, mais pas bruyante, à environ 1 km d'Ole, le café d'à côté est bon, la route Il y a un barbecue en libre service du côté opposé, ce qui est aussi très bon. Il est bon de faire une pause ou une halte shopping.

IInvitéUne famille d'hôtel Marriott dédiée nous a été récupérée par une très mauvaise expérience de séjour sur 5/22 à 5/23. J'ai essayé de contacter l'hôtel et le bureau de la société, mais j'ai reçu une excuse de type de lettre sans correspondance réelle de Marriott pour résoudre un tel problème. Un M. Gustavson a écrit pardon pour le déchargement devant l'hôtel, la substance urinaire dans l'ascenseur et les bus de tours multiples qui étaient parcées en dehors de notre chambre qui étaient bruyants toute la nuit et les heures du matin M. Gustavson m'a également donné un courriel qui était incorrect. Comme je l'ai dit, le bruit dans le parking arrière toute la nuit était très perturbant par rapport à avoir un sommeil dans la chambre #205, qui était adjacent à où les bus et les gens parlaient, etc. toute la nuit. Nous avons été enterrés par des enfants et des enfants, et nous avons été enterrés par des enfants et des enfants. Nous avons également signalé la caisse de décharge de l'hôtel devant l'hôtel avec des décharges qui se sont dispersées sur le côté, etc., comme je l'ai noté, il était juste en dehors des portes avant quand je suis entré dans le parking par l'espace handicapé. La caisse de décharge était une grande unité de roues grises utilisée le plus probablement par l'entretien dans des chambres propres, etc. Nous avons également signalé une défaillance liquide dans l'ascenseur que nous avons noté semblait être de l'urine. Nous n'avions certainement pas été informés des grands bus et activités dans le parking à côté de notre chambre qui aurait dû être divulgués et nous aurions certainement refusé et demandé une autre chambre. La bande de garde dans le parking indique que c'était un plan prédéterminé et que nous étions victimes d'une chambre mal sélectionnée. Il est très important de savoir si vous avez besoin de votre service.

IInvitéPour commencer, nous avons essayé d'obtenir une chambre avec le même taux que la famille de mes fils... nous étions en ville pour un match de base-ball de la série mondiale.. mais malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de disponible à ce taux (170 $). Je n'ai jamais dit de sens et je n'ai pas pensé, mais j'ai fini par appeler à réserver de toute façon. Je me suis dit que c'était $264 plus la taxe et je me suis senti trompé mais j'ai accepté de réserver la chambre. La chambre et l'hôtel sont beaux et je l'aime aussi qu'il est près de Walmart et quelques magasins, mais c'était trop cher. Je pouvais conduire à la maison et à la maison même avec les prix du gaz aussi élevés qu'ils sont. Je le saurai pour la prochaine fois.

LLisette MarinoffJ'ai été si heureux de l'équipement - la disposition très unique de l'hôtel, une sorte d'expérience amusante et mystérieuse pour explorer la propriété et gagner mes objets. Je suis un peu fatigué de l'aménagement typique de l'hôtel - il est toujours excitant d'obtenir un établissement unique comme celui-ci.
L'hôtel est en activité depuis 1969, mais il est évidemment complètement rétabli, probablement plusieurs fois depuis, parce qu'il se sent si frais et nouveau. Il n'y avait rien qui se sentait vieux ou volés - la chambre entière se sentait si propre et si nouvelle, je recommande fortement pour les germaphobes comme moi.
En tant que clientèle à part entière, j'ai appris que la réduction de mes attentes avant de m'avoir rentrée dans la plupart des lieux me préparera à la déception inévitable - haha. Mais ce n'était pas le cas ici - le gentleman qui m'a vérifié était plus que amiable et utile, je me sentais si touché par l'effort personnel qu'il a clairement mis en place pour garantir ma expérience de vérification était spécial. La dame qui m'a aidé le soir avec une petite achete dans le lobby et ajoutant mon numéro de récompense à la réservation était également très aimable et pas de façon forcée ou insensée. Je me suis sentie très gentil, tant par téléphone que par le compteur.Elle est allée au-dessus et au-delà pour me faire sentir appréciée comme un client et des associés comme elle et son collaborateur qui m'ont vérifié ne pas facilement oublié dans mon livre.
Le service et l'expérience unique que vous avez quand vous restez ici sont ce que cet hôtel a placé à part le reste. Je vous recommande absolument si vous êtes dans la zone. Quel endroit merveilleux pour tout le monde venir mais encore sentir droit à la maison. :)
