The 2nd bathroom is located off the hall.This beautiful Mediterranean-style home is a great option for your own private vacation, a convenient location to spend the nights between your adventures in Southern California, or a combination of both. We do have a strict cancelation policy. No parties or events are allowed. Note that the property has two (2) RING cameras: 1) outside at front door and 1) outside at side gate.The pool is open all year round and is heated by solar from May - September. The temperature varies due to outdoor seasonal daytime, and nighttime temperatures. If you wish additional heating, the daily heating fee is $75/day.
