La deuxième fois que j'ai séjourné au Legacy Yen Tu, c'était bien sûr un moment merveilleux. J'adore l'architecture. Le service de restauration est excellent. Le prix est très bon pour la guérison

It was a perfect vacation—my family and I had such a memorable time here. What truly touched me was the kindness and flexibility of the hotel. Our trip was originally planned for March, but when my entire family fell ill, they graciously allowed us to move our booking to April at no extra cost. Overall a nice weekend outing from Hanoi. Standard twin rooms didn’t have bath tubs, just a shower without any doors or partitions from the changing areas, so it was a bit chilly taking showers in winter time.
The rooms are facing the field with a thick wooden sliding doors ( for standard room, 1st floor), which made the room very dark even during daytime.
It might have been so much better if there were glass doors for both the shower room & balcony, but that’s the design of your preference, so avoid first floor if you want to stay in brighter rooms.
We booked for 4adults (2rooms), inquired the hotel directly via email for a transport back to Hanoi before our trip, and we only got a quotation for 3pax. A bit weird answer for a “5-star” hotel, isn’t it? Therefore, we decided to book our own transport instead.

First is not because you has an uneducated guest that mean you have the right to advise new guests…. For a 5*, tell guest that you can’t take things in room and moving things around…
All resort annoyed me with an educated peoples who taking pictures… why I have to wait them finish to continue my walk
For a 5 * hotel, I was expecting a more mature professional staffs… and telling a staff not doing right in front of guest is so wrong
The inside restaurant services is great…
And, at the end, as I booked my driver by myself, hotel staffs doesn’t care, my driver have to call me and I end up to bring luggage but my self
In general, they need a big re-training all the staffs… I can’t believe is a 5* hotel
For a 5* hotel, I will give a big 2/5

Very poor service, no proper check in information, only breakfast time mentioned, all other information had to ask by myself. In general all staff needs proper training how to talk to guests. Not just answers like robots. While waiting for checkin (arrived before checkin time) asked if we can chill at the pool after lunch, staff answered immediately “it is hot there.”well that’s why we want to chill at the pool. During whole stay no one asked how is our experience. One time during busy dinner foreigner manager came to our table and asked only “are you guys well take care of?” I answered it’s ok. He didn’t bother to ask more. It was during dinner when glass of wine and tonic water arrived 20 minutes after it was ordered. Salad was finished already, my sandwich was wrong, they forgot about chicken. After telling it to the staff they just add few slices of cold chicken in club sandwich. Waitress My did good job, but they don’t have enough staff and she can’t take care of everything. Other restaurant staff don’t speak much English. When I ordered few slices of cheese for breakfast they did omelet with cheese. Next day was breakfast buffet due to higher occupancy with good variety of food, but quality is average for Mgallery. One more issue, our first night was not that busy since next day they did not do buffet for breakfast but a la care with few choices. They put us in the room next to family with little babe who was crying all the time. Rooms are not sound proof you can hear everything. I called reception and asked to move the room. Staff was friendly and confirmed that they can change it, but there was no apology, only “ok we will change your room”. The worst part was that when we were getting ready to change room housekeeping lady enter the room with own key. She said “housekeeping” and the same time opened the door, which is not acceptable. She didn’t seems to understand that she did something wrong. She wanted to check the room since we will be moving to other room. I was shocked.
In general it looks like whole facility is left to run by staff without proper training and guest experience.
Facility is great and could be amazing stay, overall wasn’t. Good points: apricot liquor cocktail was good, vegetarian curry was good, My waitress tired her best and very friendly, chef Hieu also very friendly person.

The place that truly brings peace to your soul and is suitable for an escape from the busy life. We upgraded the room to Junior Suite which was pretty far from the reception and restaurant/coffee lounge, but near the swimming pool and meditation/relaxing activity place. F&B in my opinion is so-so, not really attractive. Unfortunaly, there were 2 times of power-cut (in a short time) during our 2D1N stay here 😂 Not much activities at night for active people or children, but only the village nearby that you could go by hotel electric car.
