Le serveur est également enthousiaste, demande toujours ce qu'il y a encore à faire, il prendra l'initiative de chasser le lait chaud la nuit. Les entretiens avec le personnel peuvent être liés à la tension humaine et à des défaillances mineures de l'approvisionnement en eau chaude. Deux suggestions : 1 : Nous avons défini les meilleurs échantillons, et essayez d'ajouter un bureau et un ou deux chaussures dans la chambre. Deuxièmement, certains parcs sont élargis et il est recommandé d'ajouter des installations de petite taille et d'activité. Je vous souhaite de plus en plus de bien!

La chambre est très propre, les installations sont très nouvelles, la bande de chevaux est chauffée, la tête est aussi un doux dur qui peut dormir très bien, il a également envoyé des boissons douces, le petit robot aide à envoyer un très bon protection de la vie privée, très sûr et tranquille, la télévision peut écranner, l'écran est très grand et très clair, l'air conditionné central est également très utile, Il y a aussi des fenêtres électriques, merveilleux! Félicitations pour le petit frère de la réception, il se souviendra de la satisfaction des attentes des clients!

From the moment I entered my room, I was struck by the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail. 刘存花女士 ensured that every corner was spotless, every surface gleaming, and every amenity perfectly arranged. It was evident that they took great pride in their work, and their dedication to maintaining high standards was evident in every aspect of the room.

IInvitéJe peux séjourner à un prix raisonnable pendant la période de l'aube de l'année du Nouvel An. La chambre est propre, chaude, très confortable, mais les murs sont très doux, donc je peux entendre le son de la chambre de l'extérieur et de la chambre adjacente, mais une fois que je dors, il n'y a pas de problème.
La position est très bonne, le personnel 々 est très aimable. Il y a un chat mignon, c'est vraiment super.

LLily👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros - clean and new (but towels, linen due to new cause a lot of dust flying everywhere.) Housekeepers are very friendly and polite. Front desk, also friendly but need more practicing on check-in procedure (standardize). Room very spacious and comfortable!!!! Oh ya, the breakfast just perfect!!! Lovely and full!!! The laundry room makes our trip just perfect!!!
Cons - Location far away from Subway Station (1km away). Road along the way from Subway to Hotel not so smooth, inconvenient to walk with Luggages (Suggest to take DiDi ehailing)
However, locations available for many foods/restaurants. (McDonald’s within 1 mins distance, and 3-5 mins away for restaurants/coffee shops nearby.) you may also enjoy the rental bicycle (blue color pay with Alipay) to anywhere, superb convenient too!!

My Butler Vivian, super service-minded and detail-oriented, did a great job and brought my St Regis experience to a new level. She contacted me even one day before my arrival. VVinnncMy recent stay at Four Seasons Tianjin was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is the remarkable staff who consistently went above and beyond to create a memorable experience.
Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city.
The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay.
Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities.
Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly.
Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience.
While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties.
What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves.
I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.
