I was amazed by Zhou Zhou’s service. She helped me with directions, food recommendations and my questions to local banks. She’s very patience with me and has been friendly the entire time. I would like to highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and a big thank you to Zhou Zhou’s hospitality while my stay at Wanda Vista. I’ll definitely be staying there again for my next trip to TianJin.

The services were excellent. Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. People were wonderful, attentive, helpful and warm. Make you feel very welcomed.

The room was nice but far too hot and it is not possible to get the room temperature below 26-27 degrees and the windows are locked. Made it impossible to sleep all night.

Location and the service was great. Room was clean. There was a heating problem as we couldn’t adjust our AC. However the staff did try to accommodate us every chance they got. Overall a fantastic stay and I would stay here again

酒店緊挨多姿多嬌的海河。豪華高端，細節無不滲透人性美懷。通過攜程訂購的價格物超所值。入住前天，酒店前台來電話，詳盡詢問顧客的偏好，提醒入冬加衣等。酒店前台小常聽取了我的偏好後直接將房間升級到2006行政豪間，安靜整潔，俯視海河。入住後完全滿足了無限量供純凈水，開窗放入新鮮空氣等要求，衞生無死角無異味。早點在一樓，中西面點水果特色小吃，嚐遍需要數天。海鮮自助在視覺沖擊的26樓，各類海鮮，燒烤，水果，中西精美點心，三文魚等魚生，火鍋波浪式排過去。經理帶着工作人員不齗詢問顧客感受。無比英俊的劉（？）經理給我了一大杯青島生啤，飲料敞開。才一百多元。這是中老年人美食福地，更是年輕人交友的高端場所。衹能給五星吧！

上次住萬達文華還是在南寧，印象裏這個酒店非常好，性價比無敵了，房間非常滿意，最喜歡的是酒店選用ACCA Kappa的洗護是我最最喜歡的味道，非常有品味。前台sie非常貼心，升級了房間，房間非常寬敞，設計合理，浴缸寬大舒適，花灑水壓非常棒水温也剛好。酒店整體都是可以的，跟它本身價格比起來體驗超值。開車也免費，早餐也不錯，下次有機會還來這！

多次去天津，這次自行預訂了富力萬達文華酒店，總算沒讓我失望。天使aria服務熱情又周到，總能及時迴應需求，好感度拉滿。房間整潔舒適，設施齊全，彰顯品質。早餐也很贊👍儘管前一晚喝多了。。。下次還會繼續選擇入住。

天津出差的住宿體驗直接拉滿！酒店離我要去的產業園很近，酒店有專屬停車位，省了不少找車位的時間。房間裏的辦公區設計得很人性化，桌椅高度合適，燈光也不刺眼，加班整理資料完全不費勁。衞生間乾濕分離做得好，熱水秒出，出差一天回來沖個澡太舒服了。另外必須誇誇服務，天使Anna服務很好！辦入住，前台很快就幫忙解決了，周邊步行5分鐘有便利店和連鎖餐廳，日常用餐很方便。推薦給所有來天津出差的朋友，性價比超高！
