Hôtels 5 étoiles à Tianjin Heping

En raison de la négligence du personnel de la réception, j'ai été surclassé dans une suite ! Très satisfait de l'attitude du service ! Parler du petit déjeuner est encore très médiocre ! Aussi peu qu'un petit-déjeuner dans une chaîne d'hôtels ! Je ne veux pas du tout d’un petit-déjeuner cinq étoiles. J'espère que ça s'améliore ! L'attitude de service du gérant est très bonne ! Parlez-m'en davantage sur le minibar de ma chambre Même s'il y a des frais ! Mais le gérant m'a offert un verre ! merci! Le service est toujours très bon ! 

My recent stay at Four Seasons Tianjin was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is the remarkable staff who consistently went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

On a l'impression que Westin est en déclin. Hormis le bon petit-déjeuner, je n'ai trouvé aucun autre avantage de cet hôtel cinq étoiles. J'ai d'abord réservé une nuit via Ctrip, puis j'ai décidé que je n'avais pas assez de temps, j'ai donc réservé deux nuits supplémentaires. Après mon arrivée au magasin, j'ai demandé au personnel de service de fusionner les deux réservations, mais la réception n'a pas réussi à comprendre. Donc, après être resté une journée, je suis allé à la réception pour m'enregistrer à nouveau. Après avoir appuyé sur le bouton, vous ne pouvez pas voir quel ascenseur arrive, et l'invite lorsque l'ascenseur spécifique arrive n'est pas évidente, vous devez donc garder un œil sur chaque ascenseur. Les installations sont vieilles, les prises sont desserrées et les serviettes sont de mauvaise qualité. 

Travel back in time Booking the Victoria room in the museum wing was the best decision and the best offer money wise (compared with the same retro hotels in Hongkong, for example, where room rate may start from 3000 yuan) The atmosphere was truly vintage, the decor and furniture, accessories and overall aesthetic was astonishing. The room was equipped with anything one may imagine, including a capsule coffee machine. High ceilings, cozy rooms, balcony and authentic wooden door and original parquet. The bed itself was out of a fairy tale, with the four stands and canopy. The service was outstanding The package contained even a brief photo session, while the make up was performed by the artist in the full version The location is excellent except it was not easy to find any restaurants close-by. Breakfast was great, including milky oatmeal and perfect coffee. Historical museum in the basement floor is providing essential and interesting information about the Hotel’s history, must visit. The most fabulous part of the hotel complex is the historic wing, with the former lobby, O’hara bar , the oldest elevator in China installed by OTIS, and suits upstairs.

Je suis venu à Tianjin pour assister à un concert et j'ai choisi un hôtel près du monument Xiaobailou. Il n'est pas loin de la gare de Tianjin et est accessible directement en métro depuis la gare de l'Ouest. L'hôtel se trouve en face de la sortie D de la station de métro Xiaobailou. Les environs sont très pratiques. Il y a McDonald's, Starbucks et 711. Il y a deux grands centres commerciaux à côté, donc vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de commander des plats à emporter. Nanlou Jianbing Xuequn Jianbing est également disponible à emporter. L'emplacement est assez pratique. Il se trouve à seulement quelques pas de la zone panoramique de Wudadao. L'hôtel est relativement vieux. La réception a surclassé la suite en une grande suite avec une hauteur de plafond suffisante. J'ai passé la moitié de mes 3 jours à Tianjin à l'hôtel. C'était très confortable. Je considérerai cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

原本預訂了英式豪華套房，因為景觀是內廷花園，所以升級了卡爾頓套房。 面積的確超大，面對街景，有個小陽台，住六天很舒服。 每天會送一箱小礦水，從外面遊玩回酒店後房間已經整理乾淨了。😊 用餐可以都在行政樓層解決，晚餐有5、6個熱菜、一些涼菜和色拉、水果、蛋糕、麪包、飲料和酒水，島台上每天會有現場製作的食物，比如現包的餃子、越南河粉、現做的漢堡等，我覺得已經很豐富了。早餐還是建議到1樓吃，9樓的食物還是少了點。 在天津玩除了去濱海新區，其餘景點大都在市區各個角落，叫車也很方便，春節在天津很悠閑的就這樣快度過了

Stayed here for one night as a birthday gift for my partner. First things first, this is a luxury hotel & it packs a decent luxury punch for it's price, around 1200rmb per night. Even before you arrive, you're met by the eye catching building on your walk from Tianjin railway station - around 15 to 20 minutes. That it features on various silhouettes of the Tianjin skyline on posters and advertisements throughout the city is testament to how highly thought of the building is in the city. Perhaps not the most important factor, but it does add to the excitement if you're not a regular luxury hotel booker. The lobby can be entered from the main road or riverfront & is spacious & well designed, opulent yet modern and even somewhat cozy of an evening. Unfortunately, upon check in there were no rooms available however, & we had to wait. Not ideal. Once the room *was* available, we were walked there by our incredibly friendly butler who returned shortly afterwards with some excellent coffee & biscuits that were some of the best I've eaten in China. The room is spacious, with huge windows offering an unbeatable view of the river, which lights up at night as the buildings reflect from it's surface. The bed is comfortable, and bathroom clean, but the temperature was stifilingly hot. Perhaps there was a way to control this & it was user error on our part, but in such a luxury hotel with everything planned to apparent perfection, I'd have assumed they would have made this quite simple. It was 10c outside, which doesn't require the heating turned up so high that it makes you sweat. But nor is it so hot that one should have to turn on the A/C in mid February. The room comes stocked with everything you would need & more. Plenty of water, tea, coffee, & 24h contact with a butler. What it lacked was towels. Again, maybe there were some more hidden, but I shouldn't have to search. & I'm sure the butler would have brought some more had I asked, but I shouldn't need to for over 1000rmb per night. This hasn't been an issue in far cheaper hotels. I did like that the bathroom toiletries were eco friendly, even down to the toothpaste 'tube'. I worried at the time that the toothpaste in a sachet was too small & would dry up overnight, but this didn't end up being the case. The shower itself was just fine, but a little disappointing for a pricey hotel. It seemed to lack a bit of pressure, & I've had far better in hotels at far more than half the price. The only other issue I'd take is the cleanliness of the windows and frames. They're the highlight of the room & should be celebrated, so it's a little disappointing that they show some dirt and staines. Again, in a cheaper hotel I'd barely notice this, but a 1000rmb+ one must be held to a higher standard. One thing I have absolutely no complaints about is the food. The breakfast offering had a great blend of Chinese & Western food, and plenty of it. Staff, as was the case throughout the stay, were friendly & beyond helpful & we both left very full only wishing we could try even more. Lovely view across the frozen river as we ate, too. A really nice way to start the day & a great way to leave a lasting memory as we checked out. All in all, it really was a wonderful stay, and I'm only being sometimes critical because I hold expensive hotels to a high standard & I know that this hotel in particular *can* reach that standard. I've given cleanliness a 5 because Trip doesn't offer half stars & 4 brought the overall rating down lower than I think seems fair, given I did genuinely have a very nice time. With a few little improvements this would easily be a 5/5 across the board.

15 years in China, and if there’s HomeInn, I never hesitate to book the room, it’s always about comfort and best locations matching the great price. Here it was another wonderful stay, with the 24 hour front desk, excellent service, polite and friendly staff. The Lobby, the room and the restaurant- all just perfect. The breakfast was out of any expectations, served awesome coffee, pastries, butter and variety of jams on behalf of European meals, together with ordinary Chinese food of course. Location is just right, I grabbed the bike and explored the manor part of the foreign concessions complex in no time. Just opposite the hotel there’s a gorgeous Concert Hall, so you also easily can have a look at it and other attractions beside.

刷牙洗臉的時候開水，洗手枱的下水口有臭味返上來，廁所的水管久不久就會有下水管的響聲，隔音巨差，大堂的椅子上有垃圾，從我九點半出去回來再到10點40左右退房都沒有人工作人員發現清理，垃圾桶放在這裏麪，要客户自己拿出來才能用，垃圾袋扔在裏面沒套。而且是天津最貴的一家全季，我是不滿意的。我訂的時候明明顯示含早餐，去前台入住告訴我沒有含早餐，要幫我註冊華住會才送早餐，把我名字還錄了個吳某某，我覺得挺忽悠人的。
