Surtout le bébé de la poudre d'anesthésie! Je suis également encouragé par le personnel. Le marché de Tianhui est également très bon, je suis allé à McHushan, et la cuisine de Tianhui est très belle! Je fais rarement des commentaires, et je tiens à vous féliciter cinq étoiles. J'ai visité de nombreuses villes du pays, et rares sont les hôtels qui se montrent aussi attentionnés envers leurs clients. J'ai également reçu deux grands sacs de poudre de la réception en quittant l'hôtel. On voit que la direction est très dévouée et attentionnée envers les services touristiques. Je continuerai à vous choisir la prochaine fois. Je souhaite à l'hôtel une bonne réussite ! Dommage que je n'aie pas pris de photo de la chambre. Elle est propre et confortable, et la chambre est spacieuse. Mon mari transpire. Si vous venez avec des enfants, il est impératif de choisir une chambre parentale. Les deux chambres sont séparées et on y dort très bien. Bref, c'est un voyage parfait. Je suis tombée amoureuse de Tianshui ! Les bons endroits forment des gens gentils et simples.

IInvitéNous sommes arrivés vers une heure du milieu de la nuit, et nous étions gênés de déranger le patron qui s'est levé pour ouvrir la porte. Nouveau B&B, propre, le propriétaire est très patient ! Le petit-déjeuner que nous avons pris au B&B ce matin était délicieux. Le patron nous a envoyés sur le site pittoresque le matin et est venu nous chercher au magasin après avoir joué. La distance jusqu'au site pittoresque est courte, mais marcher est fatiguant et la conduite est encombrée, donc la prise en charge et le retour du patron sont très importants ! !

Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. C'est également très pratique pour se rendre aux grottes de Maijishan.

RRoszaimySuper awesome stay! The host was very responsive when answering my inquiries via trip.com or Wechat (both have built-in translator). She picked me up at the bus stop (bus no 34 from Tianshui) and drove past the gate of the scenic area. After checkin process, she helped me by driving to the ticket office for the grottoes then drove uphill to the grottoes’ entrance. She actually offered to pick me up again after finishing the grottoes but I decided to just walk back to the guesthouse (pleasant downhill walk for about 1.5km in nice weather). The next day she dropped me off again at the bus stop (not that far, around 1.2km away, possible to walk actually). The room is fantastic; cool, fast wifi, water kettle, working hot shower and thick blankets. Overall, it was an amazing experience to stay there and to enjoy what Maijishan Grottoes have to offer. Will definitely recommend this guesthouse to any friends who are interested to experience the scenic area.

EEnekaThey gave us a free upgrade, the room was beautiful and very big. The owner was very welcoming and helped us with everything. She even let us borrow her charger since our plug wasn't the right one.
We didn't really know how to flush the toilet manually if the automatic flush didn't work and for some reason the shower ran out of water mid shower (we only stayed for a day so we didn't ask how to use it properly, so it's probably our fault).

FFengchuimailang76En tant que client régulier et abonné à plusieurs hôtels, j'ai vécu une expérience plutôt embarrassante lors de mon séjour dans un hôtel Hanting de la capitale provinciale ce mois-ci. Au petit-déjeuner, le personnel n'a pas trouvé les informations nécessaires et m'a tout simplement mis à la porte. Malgré cette expérience désagréable, j'ai choisi de réserver l'hôtel Hanting à Tianshui pour mon voyage à l'occasion de la Fête du Printemps, par confiance envers la marque Hanting et par appréciation de la plateforme Ctrip.
Après l'enregistrement, j'ai été agréablement impressionné par l'agencement spacieux et la propreté de la chambre, qui étaient appréciables. Cependant, j'ai rencontré quelques problèmes notables pendant mon séjour. La climatisation était bruyante et, lorsque la température était élevée, l'air sec à l'intérieur me gerçait les lèvres. Même à température modérée, la fine couette m'a donné froid.
Sous la douche, l'eau froide restait insuffisante même après un long moment, ce qui était frustrant. L'eau chaude du lavabo était incroyablement lente et l'attente était incroyablement longue.
Le petit-déjeuner était également problématique. Le premier jour, le personnel de la réception m'a informé qu'il ne trouvait pas les informations concernant mon petit-déjeuner, mais m'a proposé une portion supplémentaire. Ne voulant pas en profiter, j'ai annulé la réservation et reprogrammé deux petits-déjeuners. Cependant, le jour du Nouvel An lunaire, lorsque mon mari est allé chercher son petit-déjeuner, on lui a dit qu'il n'avait toujours pas été réservé. Il n'a pu qu'accepter le document de la réception sans poser d'autres questions. N'en pouvant plus, j'ai appelé la réception pour vérifier la situation. Contre toute attente, ils ont été inflexibles et n'ont fait preuve d'aucune sincérité pour résoudre le problème.
En désespoir de cause, je me suis tournée vers Ctrip. Heureusement, le personnel de Ctrip s'est montré proactif et très compétent, résolvant mon problème rapidement et efficacement, ce qui m'a un peu rassurée.

VVSTIt's a clean and comfortable village homestay in the mountain area. We had a good sleep before our early visit to Maiji Shan scenic spot. The owner and his wife are kind and pleasant. The owner himself picked us from the bus station, sent us and picked us up from the entrance to the scenic spot. And also to the bus station to catch a bus back to Maiji town.
We had dinner at their courtyard and we enjoyed the food cooked by the boss himself.
*Take bus#34 from Maiji town to Maiji Mt station. The boss will pick you up from there to his house.

IInvitéLinglan is actually an excellent location despite the obvious. It's half way between Fuxi temple and Mt. maiji. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel & 5 yuan takes U to Fuxi temple & old town. (Beware last bus is around 730pm, taxi back from Fuxi temple was around 40rmb)
For its price point, it's a wonderful, newly renovated g well appointed. Despite management's best effort to be a none-smoking establishment, hotel guests tend to ignore this policy. However, with communication, hotel kindly moved me to a far end on the top floor. They also offered pick up/drop off from train station. The restaurant provided simple yet tasty staples. All in all it was a wonderful stay

SSpeedoholicAmy et Anna nous ont aidés à nous enregistrer rapidement. En tant qu'étrangers, vous avez besoin d'une réceptionniste expérimentée pour s'occuper de votre enregistrement sans délai. Le personnel était très hospitalier et nous a aidés pour des choses comme le stationnement, la recherche de ce dont nous avions besoin pendant le petit-déjeuner et la fourniture de bouteilles d'eau potable supplémentaires. La chambre avait un lit confortable, une alimentation en eau chaude instantanée et toutes les commodités comme un fil à linge et un fer à repasser avec planche. Les fournitures étaient de bonne qualité et la climatisation était efficace. L'emplacement est également bon car le centre commercial Wanda Plaza est à proximité.
Dans l'ensemble, j'ai aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel en famille.

UUtilisateur anonymeRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

Dans le hall, il y avait aussi des unités de stockage de bagages fermées gratuitement par mot de passe qui sont convenables si vous avez besoin quelque part de stockage de votre bagage pendant quelques heures après l'expérimentation. La chambre de la chambre est très bien placée pour le service de la chambre. Je pense cependant que j'aurais apprécié un peu plus d'informations sur le check-in car je me suis rendu compte que je ne me suis pas servie le petit déjeuner gratuit ... et ne savais pas comment l'accéder.
