因為在市區，酒店樓層較高，停車場在地下，入住的時候把車牌號報給前台，就可以免費停車了。酒店早餐點在12樓，餐廳邊上就是洗衣房（可以免費使用），旁邊是健身房。酒店房間裏有小度，感覺是目前這種酒店的標配了。酒店樓下有兩家飲料店，對於喜歡的人是非常方便，樓下還有家屈臣氏。離他們的景觀河也不遠，出了酒店右轉一直走，經過人民公園就到了。酒店斜對面還有24小時牛肉麪館，性價比也很高。唯一的缺憾是晚間洗澡水很小。

先説優點：房間算比較大的，裝修也較新，清新的風格，地理位置好，附近吃逛都方便。
不足，我們3間房，問題我都彙總説。一方面是設計上的：屋裡有下水道的大翅膀那種小飛蟲；進門掛衣區在門後，不太符合動線；淋浴間花灑固定位置不好而且漏水，正常關門洗完澡了門口全是水，出來會滑；淋浴間或門口沒有放置衣物的地方；房間大但是兩個桌都是小小的圓桌，放個電腦幹會兒活都侷促；
還有一些是服務上的：衹給一張門卡，去洗衣要用門卡就得拔卡斷電，留在屋裡的人不方便；洗衣區有洗衣機烘乾機，但是沒有便簽，沒法標註需要的洗衣程序以及房間號，所以估計工作人員也不會在洗衣過程中幫忙換機器或者取出，得自己盯着，關鍵是別人洗完沒拿出衣服的話機器不能用…我們一個房間的卡突然不管用，下去前台錄入了一下説好了，也沒解釋什麼原因，我説確定好了嗎？她説應該好了。我説如果開不了呢？她答應該能開，然後又説如果是藍燈就把把手往上抬。上去果然是正常按壓把手還打不開，得往上抬…我追問前台小姐姐回答也不積極，我不追問就還得樓上樓下跑一趟…
離店時換了一個前台小姐姐還稍微好一點，詢問居住體驗我説有一些小問題，她還至少有點抱歉的反應。

Nice room with modern decor, great price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Tianshui downtown, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and night markets. A nice 15 mins walk or $5RMB cab ride to 天水古城（Tianshui Ancient City) and Fuxi Temple.
We were on the 12 floor where the laundry room and restaurant is, it was convenient for our stay. However, if I had the option, I would ask for 9-11th floor because the 13th floor is a restaurant. It can get noisy sometimes with chairs and table moving around. There were minor issues with water leaking from the shower door, but the staff addressed it immediately and was very friendly about it.
Overall, I’d recommend the hotel.

酒店地理位置就在天水古城附近，周圍吃飯的地方也很多。酒店較新，設施齊全，乾淨衞生。房間也不小，住來很舒適，浴衣是洗後封裝好，還配有一次性臉巾和漱口水。酒店服務也很好，送了水果和酸奶，退房還送了一份餐具。酒店早餐還不錯，牛肉麪很香，還有水果、酸奶。

設施：房間內有小度 基本可以語音控制房間內所有設備 比如拉窗簾 開關空調 開關燈 開關電視 很智能方便
衞生：也很乾凈 每天都會打掃衞生
環境：樓下就是步行街 離伏羲廟 天水古城 玉泉觀都很近 五百米左右就是咱們網紅麻辣燙
服務：因為我們到的時間原因 原住房型滿房了 酒店工作人員為我們免費升級行政雙床房了 態度也十分友好 酒店早飯也很美味 可惜沒有拍照～
總之很推薦的酒店！！！

和老公出遊選定這家酒店，酒店給升級行政套，服務員熱情，有求必應，酒店提供免費一次性洗臉巾和漱口水，還有冰箱中的飲料也是免費的喲，酒店鬧市中且安靜，周邊吃得多，離優羲廟，天水古城等景點又近，我們是走路去的。極力推薦來天水的寶們選擇住這家酒店！

我們是通過攜程選定的柏林艾菲酒店，房間內的公共設施比較齊全，有免費的洗臉巾，漱口水，蒸汽眼罩，還有水果小食。
環境：住宿環相對安靜
服務：洗衣服務還有待加強，建議客人洗完的衣服可以留便條，由工作人員送至房間，而不耽誤下一位顧客使用

Perfect location walkable near Fuxi Temple, Hu Residence, Tianshui Ancient City, YuQuan Temple. There are many delicious restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Everything is in a walking distance.
All staffs I met are the best in China! They are very professional and helpful. They helped me out in everything, recommended good driver to MaiJiShan, good restaurants, and many useful travel tips to save my time.
Housekeepers and breakfast staffs are also friendly and service-minded. Room is spacious and well equipped. If I go to Tianshui, I will stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in the centre of Tianshui and close to the ancient city. It is a modern upmarket hotel, reasonably priced, with all the facilities that would be expected. Our room was very clean and well serviced. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but none that I am aware of could speak English. Problems included a weak internet and a shower door that wouldn't properly shut and led to water leaking into the bathroom. While the elevator and halls were generally free of the stink of tobacco, that was not the case with the lobby where many patrons freely smoked. Chinese hotels don't seem to appreciate that most of the world do not share their tolerance of smoking.
