Welcome to (Xiangmo Yunyun Homestay)! This is not merely a place to stay, but a warm and peaceful little world carefully crafted for you. We also hope that every guest can relieve their fatigue here, enjoy the slow pace of life and the warmth of home. The homestay is located in the Daonan business district of Maiji District. It is 800 meters on foot to the railway station and 400 meters to the pedestrian street. It is situated in the heart of the city with extremely convenient transportation. Right outside the door is a night market, making it very convenient for dining, drinking and entertainment. Our homestay offers a variety of room types, including cozy king-size bed rooms, simple king-size bed rooms, business twin-bed rooms, comfortable suites, premium twin-bed rooms, comfortable twin-bed rooms, economy king-size bed rooms, and economy twin-bed rooms. Full Wi-Fi coverage, 24-hour hot water, free parking lot (capable of accommodating 4 vehicles), smart door locks throughout the house, mosquito-proof screens, and first aid kits (complete motion sickness medicine and band-aids). Our store has a 160-square-meter camping terrace on the 3rd floor, a sunny reading corner, where you can enjoy Northwest specialty pot tea, have tea and coffee by the fire, and have team-building barbecues and meals. Suitable for the majority of people. We look forward to creating a wonderful memory for you in this small world of Tianshui. Ok in the listing it was not indicated that the bathroom is shared (many guesthouses put this info in the title of the room categories. But probably one could have guessed by way this guesthouse was only displaying only 2 room photos without any bathroom photo. But the price is cheap, very close to the railway station, fast wifi, bottled water and friendly service. The shared bathroom is a bit of a walk from the room in open air setting. Probably difficult in winter. But the weather in Tianshui in June was warm so that’s good. Checkin process also took a while for foreigner’s registration. Overall, it was an okay for budget stay for 1 night before taking the train.

Very nice affordable homestay and super conveniently located near the bus to Maijishan and the train station.
Only downside is the one shared toilet is a squat toilet which might be challenging for some people.

Basic private room with everything you need. The staff was super sweet. They offer me watermelon and I spent a nice evening in the balcony with them. Thank you

Excellent. One of the best lodgings I've stayed at during my extended travels. Super-friendly and helpful owners. Great room, with a really comfortable bed. Strong commitment to cleanliness. Fabulous location. Wish I could have stayed longer.

They gave us a free upgrade, the room was beautiful and very big. The owner was very welcoming and helped us with everything. She even let us borrow her charger since our plug wasn't the right one.
We didn't really know how to flush the toilet manually if the automatic flush didn't work and for some reason the shower ran out of water mid shower (we only stayed for a day so we didn't ask how to use it properly, so it's probably our fault).

I have been living in China for now half a year and this is by far one of the best hotel I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful as for the rooms they’re super nice. The hotel is great and so is the location since the neighbourhood is full of restaurants and shops (yet the street is super quiet).
Great time I recommend 100%!

訂之前特地打電話問有沒有停車場，有的話就訂，沒有的話就不過去，給的答覆是有，到了才發現根本沒有停車場，在一個大約兩個車寬度的小巷子裏，衹能停門口。剛進房間還能聞到一股裝修味道，廁所味道很重，開始懷疑是馬桶問題，沖了好幾遍味道還是很重，把馬桶間門關上還是有很重的廁所味，後來發現是淋浴和洗手池地漏返味，淋浴房和睡覺房間又沒有門，沒辦法衹能把淋浴和洗手池龍頭打開沖沖味道，可是改觀不大，一晚上都在聞一股很重的廁所味，一點都沒休息好，太糟心了。房間佈局很一般，淋浴房跟睡房通着，好歹安個門吧，返味不説，還有濕氣。説實話火車站附近，這環境定位一百多實屬太高了，撐死也就七八十小旅館的檔次。附上放水沖地漏返味的圖，味道實在太重了，現在回想起來還很上頭😓😓

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到。酒店停車方便，前台姐姐超級無敵好，好看！！！！室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，超讚！

是新開張的民宿，所有設備都是新的也方便使用周邊餐飲方便，是麥積區的中心地段，到麥積山景點十分方便乘直達公交車。民宿距離天水站才六百多米，步行十分鐘也到了。店主還提供到天水站接客人入住。友善熱情的店主和工作人員，有機會再來也會入住。謝謝店家的招待。
