IInvitéLe personnel de la réception est très sympathique et la chambre est très propre. Je ne m'attendais pas à trouver un si bon hôtel à Tianshui. Les transports sont également très pratiques. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. C'est également très pratique pour se rendre aux grottes de Maijishan.

RRoszaimyOk in the listing it was not indicated that the bathroom is shared (many guesthouses put this info in the title of the room categories. But probably one could have guessed by way this guesthouse was only displaying only 2 room photos without any bathroom photo. But the price is cheap, very close to the railway station, fast wifi, bottled water and friendly service. The shared bathroom is a bit of a walk from the room in open air setting. Probably difficult in winter. But the weather in Tianshui in June was warm so that’s good. Checkin process also took a while for foreigner’s registration. Overall, it was an okay for budget stay for 1 night before taking the train.

MMoxiaolitangCommençons par les avantages : la chambre est relativement grande, la décoration est récente, le style est frais, l'emplacement est idéal et il est facile de se restaurer et de faire du shopping à proximité.
Inconvénients : nous avons trois chambres, et je vais résumer les problèmes. D'une part, il s'agit d'une question de design : il y a des petits insectes volants comme les grandes ailes d'un égout dans la chambre ; la penderie à l'entrée se trouve derrière la porte, qui n'est pas alignée avec la voie de circulation ; le pommeau de douche de la salle de douche n'est pas bien fixé et fuit. Après avoir pris une douche, la porte est pleine d'eau lorsqu'elle est fermée normalement et glisse en sortant ; il n'y a pas de place pour ranger les vêtements dans la salle de douche ni à la porte ; la chambre est grande, mais les deux tables sont de petites tables rondes, et il est exigu pour y poser un ordinateur. Il y a quelques services : une seule carte de porte est fournie, et il faut la sortir pour couper le courant avant d'aller à la laverie, ce qui est gênant pour les personnes séjournant dans la chambre ; il y a des machines à laver et des sèche-linge dans la buanderie, mais il n'y a pas de post-it, donc impossible d'indiquer le programme de lavage et le numéro de chambre. On estime donc que le personnel n'aidera pas à changer la machine ou à la sortir pendant le lavage. Il faut surveiller la machine soi-même. Le point important est que si quelqu'un a fini de laver et n'a pas sorti son linge, la machine ne peut pas être utilisée… La carte de l'une de nos chambres est soudainement tombée en panne. Je suis allé à la réception pour la saisir et on m'a dit que c'était fait, mais je n'ai reçu aucune explication. J'ai demandé : « Êtes-vous sûr ? » Elle m'a répondu que tout devrait bien se passer. J'ai demandé : « Et si la machine ne s'ouvrait pas ? » Elle a acquiescé, puis m'a dit que si c'était une lumière bleue, il suffisait de soulever la poignée. Je suis monté et j'ai appuyé sur la poignée normalement, mais elle ne s'est pas ouverte, j'ai dû la soulever… J'ai demandé à la réceptionniste, mais elle n'a pas répondu positivement. Si je ne demandais pas, j'aurais dû courir en haut et en bas…
En quittant l'hôtel, j'ai trouvé une réceptionniste un peu plus compétente. Quand je me suis enquis de mon expérience, j'ai dit qu'il y avait quelques petits problèmes, et elle s'est au moins excusée.

FFengchuimailang76En tant que client régulier et abonné à plusieurs hôtels, j'ai vécu une expérience plutôt embarrassante lors de mon séjour dans un hôtel Hanting de la capitale provinciale ce mois-ci. Au petit-déjeuner, le personnel n'a pas trouvé les informations nécessaires et m'a tout simplement mis à la porte. Malgré cette expérience désagréable, j'ai choisi de réserver l'hôtel Hanting à Tianshui pour mon voyage à l'occasion de la Fête du Printemps, par confiance envers la marque Hanting et par appréciation de la plateforme Ctrip.
Après l'enregistrement, j'ai été agréablement impressionné par l'agencement spacieux et la propreté de la chambre, qui étaient appréciables. Cependant, j'ai rencontré quelques problèmes notables pendant mon séjour. La climatisation était bruyante et, lorsque la température était élevée, l'air sec à l'intérieur me gerçait les lèvres. Même à température modérée, la fine couette m'a donné froid.
Sous la douche, l'eau froide restait insuffisante même après un long moment, ce qui était frustrant. L'eau chaude du lavabo était incroyablement lente et l'attente était incroyablement longue.
Le petit-déjeuner était également problématique. Le premier jour, le personnel de la réception m'a informé qu'il ne trouvait pas les informations concernant mon petit-déjeuner, mais m'a proposé une portion supplémentaire. Ne voulant pas en profiter, j'ai annulé la réservation et reprogrammé deux petits-déjeuners. Cependant, le jour du Nouvel An lunaire, lorsque mon mari est allé chercher son petit-déjeuner, on lui a dit qu'il n'avait toujours pas été réservé. Il n'a pu qu'accepter le document de la réception sans poser d'autres questions. N'en pouvant plus, j'ai appelé la réception pour vérifier la situation. Contre toute attente, ils ont été inflexibles et n'ont fait preuve d'aucune sincérité pour résoudre le problème.
En désespoir de cause, je me suis tournée vers Ctrip. Heureusement, le personnel de Ctrip s'est montré proactif et très compétent, résolvant mon problème rapidement et efficacement, ce qui m'a un peu rassurée.

MM479050****La chambre est agréable, confortable, chaleureuse et lumineuse. L'expérience de la literie Atour est vraiment bonne, et le service de surclassement gratuit est également bon. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propre. Le maître du service de ramassage est très responsable et bavard. Le seul inconvénient est que le thé de l'après-midi n'est qu'une décoration. Lorsque j'ai posé la question, le personnel de service a semblé impatient et je suis resté sans voix. Comme il y a de la publicité et que nous voulons attirer plus de clients, nous devons faire attention aux détails. J'espère que ce sera amélioré la prochaine fois que je viendrai.

IInvitéLinglan est en fait une excellente position malgré l'évidence. Il est à moitié de la distance entre le temple de Fuxi et le Mt. maiji. L'arrêt de bus est directement à l'extérieur de l'hôtel & 5 yuan prend U au temple de Fuxi & la vieille ville. (Attendre que le dernier bus est à environ 730pm, taxi de retour du temple Fuxi était à environ 40rmb)
Le site de l'hôtel est un centre de restauration de l'hôtel, qui est un centre de restauration de l'hôtel. Mais avec la communication, l'hôtel m'a bien déménagé à une longue distance au dessus du sol. Ils ont également offert de prendre ou de quitter la gare. Le restaurant a fourni des stalles simples mais délicieuses. Tout en tout cela, il était un séjour merveilleux

La boue de cuisson est directement défectueuse, le personnel de service a remplacé une fois, les éclairages du bâtiment sont sombres, l'attitude du personnel de service est bien bonne, le matériel de l'équipement doit vraiment être remplacé, sinon l'expérience est très mauvaise!

CChezzaThis new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.

UUtilisateur anonymeRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

IInvitéNous sommes passés par Tianshui et sommes arrivés très tard à l'hôtel. Contre toute attente, la dame de la réception nous a quand même reçus très chaleureusement. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, à proximité du célèbre Malatang de Tianshui, de la vieille ville, du temple Fuxi, du temple Yuquan et du temple Nanguo. Les installations et équipements de l'hôtel sont également très bons, les chambres sont très propres et chaleureuses, et méritent des éloges !
