Hôtels proches de Familiemuseum "Onder d'n Hooizolder", Tilbourg

We have previously stayed at the Ibis Tilburg and our stays have been good. This particular incident is very disappointing. My husband & I are traveling from Norway to Portugal and have planned our route & hotels. We chose the Ibis brand due to it being cost effective, clean, well staffed & pet friendly. We are traveling 9 days all Ibis hotels. Upon going over our Itineraries, I noticed that one of the dates were wrong. I’m sure it was something as simple as a fat finger but I immediately made contact with the hotel. Here is where the story gets interesting. I spoke with a young girl via email. She informed me that because I bought it online and it was paid that there was nothing that we can do. I did not buy a “flex” room?. In my defense, I did go back and look and it was quite confusing as to flex or non flex. I’ve never bought a flex. I’ve never had a problem in any hotel. I travel a lot. Now mind you all I’m asking for is to change the date to June 25 from June 26. I don’t want a refund & I’m willing to pay extra and we went back-and-forth several times each time I asked who is the property manager no response. Finally when I informed them that I am going to talk to corporate and write a review, I start getting emails from the front of the house property manager. He informed me that it’s not “fair” If he was to help us, but if I wanted to sell my room to someone and change the name that they would do that well that’s not what I’m looking for. The email exchange was absurd and repetitive. I have since found out that the Ibis is a franchise. So each Ibis has different rules and regulations. Well I have since booked with another Ibis hotel and I am very pleased. No, I’m not looking for anything for free but I think if you are in the hospitality business that you should provide hospitality. The tone of the emails and just the uncooperative attitude has soured me on this brand. I feel as they could have made this situation which was a mistake and there would be no financial consequence to the hotel that they could’ve actually helped us. This particular franchise in Tilburg is unwilling to break the rules, (he also told me it didn’t matter if there was illness or a fat finger, rules are rules) and everything to them was black & white. I live in the gray & sometime you have to help your guests, again there would be no financial loss to them. They did offer that I could buy another room, and of course they would keep my money from the wrong date, I chose to find a new hotel, and I highly would never recommend this facility for any travel to anyone. DO better Tilburg

Excellent hôtel , situé a proximité du parc Efteling , 1h15 d'Amsterdam....Accueil très sympathique ...mais anglais obligatoire, chambres très spacieuses pour 3 personnes , très propres, , salle de bains avec douche et baignoire ! très grand parking extérieur fermé par des barrières. Pour une découverte des pays bas c'est parfait !!! Seul bémol , un restaurant dans l'hôtel qui a l'air sympa avec une belle terrasse ,mais pas de carte ou de menu affiché...

Cet hôtel comprend un espace wellness extérieur exceptionnel adult only et un espace wellness intérieur accessible à tous. Service professionnel et restaurant de qualité. La décoration de l’hôtel est très soignée et les chambres confortables. A recommander aussi pour l’arrangement Beekse Bergen en famille !

L'hôtel est situé au centre-ville, ce qui vous permet de découvrir cette belle ville. Vous pouvez également perdre la voiture à un prix plus élevé dans le garage de stationnement à l'encontre de l'hôtel. La chambre était propre et spacieuse pour deux personnes. Nous avons vu le lit et les baisers comme confortables. Certains ne sont pas minpoints: - Elle n'avait qu'un pendule et pas de planches pour te mettre les vêtements. - La chambre n'avait pas de balcon, mais une fenêtre qui ne pouvait être ouverte que sur le point de raccordement. - La vue de la chambre n'était pas merveilleuse. Nous regardions le garage. Malgré ces points de défaut, nous avons apprécié notre séjour! Le petit déjeuner est élargi, il y a des jolies entre elles, tout était frais et il semblait bien. Je voudrais également vous dire que, dans le cadre de l'explication, on a parlé de la farine blanche dans la sauce de tomates, mais malheureusement, je n'ai pas rencontré cette déception :p En général, cet hôtel est un conseiller si vous cherchez une chambre près de la ville!

Delicious food is available in the hotel restaurant. Several types of beer are also on the menu. The staff is very nice and attentive, but never annoying. The rooms are just the right size. Unfortunately, there is no shower curtain, so quite a lot of water is distributed in the rest of the bathroom.

Highly recommend this great hotel. I’ve stayed a few times now visiting family close by. It never disappoints. Cleanliness Staff attention to detail second to none. The restaurant is exceptional. Breakfast is definitely one of the best selection quality & service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Price for rooms is very reasonable also. Location central areas of interest

Nice new hotel (open from march 2024), modern equipped clean rooms and frendly (young) personnel, good food. Situated almost in the city centre of Breda (15 minutes walk through the trainstation and city park) and besides the train and bus station. It's easy to park your car next door at the P&R parkinglot on top of the trainstation. Very nice location for a city visit.

C'était ma première visite à Eindhoven mais pas la dernière. L'hôtel était superbe et propre, l'emplacement était excellent et facile à trouver. Ambiance moderne et conviviale. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant, serviable pour tout à tout moment car la réception est ouverte 24h/24 et 7j/7. Hautement recommandé.
