Tout y est! - chambres familiales pas chères avec formule combi ticket elfteling - efteling à 8 minutes à pied - parking fermé à partir de 23h mais accessible avec la carte de l'hôtel - Albert hein à 100m ouvert jusque 22h (et possibilité de prendre ce que vous voulez dans le parc!) - restaurant à l'hôtel correct. Propose pizzas (en moyenne 13€), un bon burger angus (18€), steak (excellent ! 23€). Parfait lorsque vous revenez d'une longue journée au parc. Friterie à 20m également (mais pas testée) - hôtel décoré avec goût - billard, jeu des palettes et aire pour jeunes enfants interieure Je recommande vivement !

A la recherche de l’ultime hôtel pour notre road trip parcs d’attractions, notre choix s’est posé sur le Gr8 Hotel Oosterhout qui ne se trouvait qu’à 25km d’Efteling mais qui surtout proposait une chambre familiale deluxe à moins de 170€ la nuit (nous avons réservé moins d’une semaine avant notre départ). Une fois arrivés sur place, nous procédons à notre check in. Tout se fait électroniquement sur un ordinateur mis à notre disposition et avec l’aide des réceptionnistes qui étaient très sympathiques. Nous montons ensuite dans notre chambre et là, surprise intégrale! Je n’avais pas vérifié la disposition de notre chambre et m’attendais donc à avoir deux grands lits côte à côte dans la même chambre mais nous aurons finalement eu une « mini suite » avec deux chambres séparées par une porte coulissante. Tout ici est high tech: tableau de bord dans la chambre principale permettant de gérer la climatisation, les lumières etc, …, Smart Tv dans la chambre principale, … La salle de bain, ouverte, est composée d’un wc séparé, d’un meuble avec évier et d’une immense douche italienne. Il y avait beaucoup d’espaces de rangement dans les chambres ainsi qu’un coffre-fort mis à disposition. Il y avait un petit balcon dans la chambre principale donnant vue sur le petit jardin central. Nous avons pris un verre au bar et là encore une fois, très étonnés car nous n’avons payé que 4,50€ pour une bière et un jus de pommes. Nous avons passé une nuit formidable tant les lits étaient confortables. Nous avions également rajouté le petit-déjeuner au check in. Coût: 10€ par personne. Le petit-déjeuner se prenait dans le restaurant La Place se trouvant juste à coté de l’hôtel. Nous avons été très satisfaits du choix proposé (notamment par les jus de fruits frais oranges et avocats). Notre seul regret aura été de n’y passer qu’une seule nuit! Il est clairement évident que nous retournerons y loger si l’occasion se présente! Ils méritent de tout cœur un gros 5/5!!!

Nice new hotel (open from march 2024), modern equipped clean rooms and frendly (young) personnel, good food. Situated almost in the city centre of Breda (15 minutes walk through the trainstation and city park) and besides the train and bus station. It's easy to park your car next door at the P&R parkinglot on top of the trainstation. Very nice location for a city visit.

Overall, my experience at The Den hotel was fantastic, from start to finish. Stayed here for 3 weeks and would definitely look forward staying here again. This new(er) hotel offers pleasant modern rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful to provide info about the city. The breakfast is top notch. Lots of great Dutch cheese options, fresh fruit and salads and even smoked salmon and apple cake was being offered. Service was excellent by very dedicated staff members who greet you each morning with a smile. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to a super market Jumbo and some restaurants. Although the hotel doesn't offer any parking, there is ample public parking nearby at the Paleiskwartier with lots of EV charging stations. Also try out the roof bar on the 9th floor which offers a great view of the city Den Bosch. Even though the trains pass by on a regular basis, you barely hear them, so not an issue at all. The hotel offers direct access to the bridge that brings you to the other side of the train tracks. From there, it's a 15 min walk to reach the historical city center. Last but not least, do visit the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel if you have time for an exquisite tasting menu. The chef has worked in several top restaurants in far away countries such as Australia and China and brings the best of local and international cuisine. Truly a memorable experience and I hope you appreciate the unique flavours at the restaurant The Current. In short, do yourself a favor and book your next stay at The Den Hotel in Den Bosch. You won't regret it!

Delicious food is available in the hotel restaurant. Several types of beer are also on the menu. The staff is very nice and attentive, but never annoying. The rooms are just the right size. Unfortunately, there is no shower curtain, so quite a lot of water is distributed in the rest of the bathroom.
