Structure acceptable, le réservoir tombait en morceaux et te tenait la main, ils nous ont donné une chambre avec un mariage et une brandine, mais nous étions en quatre (nous leur avons dit que c'était notre faute parce que nous n'avons pas bien expliqué) Nous avons donc dormi en trois dans le mariage pendant huit jours, personnels moyenment insultés et scorbiques, jamais demi-sorris, ni bonjour ni bonne nuit, tous semblaient très étonnés ou en colère, sauf la dame qui nettoyait chaque jour, Nous disons que c'est bon si vous ne trouvez rien d'autre, mais la gentillesse n'est pas leur fort.

The hotel is in a good location, near the center of Timisoara, where you can easily walk. The hotel staff was very kind and the breakfast was satisfactory. The fact that parking has to be paid extra is annoying, it should be included in the room price. In the first room we stayed in (room 120) the window did not close, which is why it was cold and noisy. At our request, we were moved to another room (room 104), where the bed mattress was very hard, even if it had a topper. We had to take the topper from room 120 to be able to sleep on the bed. During the night of October 6-7, some hotel guests stayed all night (until 5 in the morning) in the hotel lobby, playing the guitar and making a lot of noise, which is why I couldn't sleep until morning. The quality-price ratio was fair and, if it hadn't been for that party, the impression of the hotel would have been much more positive.

J'étais là pour une nuit pour dormir et pour le petit déjeuner, mais tout était bien. Le parking est grand, sûr et gratuit, la recette aimable m'a attendu en plus, bien que le check était tard. L'hôtel est proche du centre et est tranquille, il y a une station-service et un McDonalds à côté. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, même Moussaka y avait! Je ne peux vraiment rien critiquer, il était tout comme espéré pour le prix!

I have booked the penthouse located on the last floor and the experience was outstanding. The suite is extremely spacious with an absolutely fabulous interior design. I highly appreciated the large area to relax or work during the day with large sofas and elegant tables. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep due to the large bed that was perfectly designed to have a great night. The bathroom was also astonishing, extremely spacious, well designed, equipped with both shower and tube which created a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were perfect and I found everything I needed (plenty of high quality Rituals cosmetics, amenity kits for everything and the Harmon Kardon sound system). The large outdoor terrace completed the breathtaking experience, thanks to the amazing view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, rich and all dishes were well designed in order to have each day a different breakfast selection. The restaurant is clearly an international one providing a fine dining atmosphere. Of course, everything is done by the highly professional staff and I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Florin and his amazing team: Dani and Pavel from front desk (for always being there to support me with everything needed for a great stay); Fabius, John and Nicu from the restaurant (for their friendly attitude, pleasant discussions, good vibe and great recommendations for a fine dining experience); Mirela and Roxana from breakfast (for creating the perfect atmosphere to start the day with a great breakfast).

We had an amazing experience with this Tresor Le Palais last weekend for our wedding. The service was outstanding, and the event was exactly what we had hoped for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Cristian (Head Event Manger) leading up to the wedding and throughout the day. Cristian and his team went above and beyond to help us create the perfect wedding, even bringing the warmth and sunshine. Catalin (Reception Manager), Dragos and David the team on the Reception gave us the luxury service expected for a 5* hotel throughout our 4 day stay. Helping myself and our 17 guests continue the wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Tresor for your luxury stay or event. It is close to the airport and city centre.

服務很差勁，到了酒店說我們有預訂沒有付錢，我也攜程上已經提前半天訂房付款的，給服務員看訂單就是說沒有付錢，我和朋友在前台站了半個多小時最後是攜程客服幫忙解決的，攜程客服很有耐心的幫我們解決問題，還送攜程的現金券作為補償，終於找到了一點心裏安慰，對這家酒店非常失望。
