Hotel DKR Residency

There is no mountain view from the hotel and the hotel owner's behaviour is not good When we go there we do not have our room they put us in a room which we have not booked they made us change rooms .so I am not satisfied.

Dkr residence is a complete disaster, especially considering its high price, which is in no way justified by the appalling conditions and lack of basic amenities. Despite charging a premium, they failed to provide essentials like bedsheets, and for a booking of three people, they neglected to offer even a towel or soap for the third person. The service is shockingly poor, with staff showing no regard for customer satisfaction. The absence of a lift is inconvenient, the rooms are suffocatingly small, and the bathroom is poorly lit with a dim light barely functioning. There is only a single socket for the entire room, which is utterly impractical, and storage options are laughable, with just one cupboard containing a single rack. The taps are in terrible condition, and the corridors are unbearably smelly. For the price, this place is a complete rip-off and fails to meet even the most basic standards.

The rooms are a bit dark without proper ventilation. There's no hot water facility within rooms. One has to fill it from outside in a bucket. Services of the staff is pathetic. They neither comes even if we call them regarding any issues. Bathroom was pathetic and leaking taps. Drinking water has to be collected from the reception in the ground floor by the customer himself. They asked extra money more than quoted
