I moved to the states in 1990 but Tobago is dear to my heart; a quaint and beautiful island . Lots of beautiful child hood memories there. My brother held his rehearsal dinner party by the pool and a beach wedding at your resort in 2022. The wedding was beautiful and the food was great . The service was also great , however , your employees complained that they weren't getting paid on time , I read a recent review and apparently these complaints are still being mentioned to the recent guests. You get 4 stars for your beautiful location , scenery and the fact that you pulled off a beautiful wedding for my brother and his wife . Most of our guests stayed on your resort . Some bad experiences : mosquito invasion in some rooms, broken toilets , shower heads , broken AC's no TV or WiFi in some rooms, key cards not working to enter the rooms . I ran up and down that hill from my cottage to reception area to get my room key reactivated maybe 20 times in a 3 day stay . These are really simple things that you need to fix NOW! Your rooms are still expensive and these are basic necessities, it's not fair that guests are taking time away from work and life , coming from far and having these issues . I would like to book my mom's 70th birthday party at your resort in August 2025. I would like to give this resort another chance because it is a beautiful place . We will be booking at least 10 rooms for about a 3 night stay . Can someone give me a guarantee that everything will be working in the room? The owner needs to reach out to me !
