The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

L'hôtel est très bon, la chambre est brillante, le lobby est très grand, il y a un parking gratuit. Mais après avoir séjourné dans la péninsule de Tokyo, il y a un parking absolument plus bas que le bas, le garde-house est très attentif à lui, beaucoup de gens ont détaché la gauche, et soigneusement, le journal est écoulé et le plancher est placé sur le sol, et le bébé vous aidera à le prendre. Les employés sont gentils et habituels, parfois ils se comportent comme des gentils, vous voulez dire bonjour, contre la péninsule, la péninsule est pleine de détonations!

Cet hôtel se trouve dans une station de métro, juste devant l'entrée du métro. Cependant, cette ligne de métro est la ligne N. Il existe de nombreuses lignes de métro à Tokyo. Pour vous rendre à Ginza, Shibuya et à d'autres sites pittoresques, vous devez prendre un arrêt et transfert vers la ligne G. C'est encore un peu gênant. Ce n'est pas loin. La tour de Tokyo est très proche, à environ 1,2 kilomètres. J'ai marché jusqu'à la tour de Tokyo. La chambre est assez grande pour Tokyo. Le service hôtelier à Tokyo est très bon et les installations sont complètes. On voit qu'ils sont très soignés et chaque détail est fait. Très parfait. Propre et bien rangé.

C'est la maison qui a été choisie pour les commentaires, le plus grand avantage est de se rapprocher de la station de métro. Mais il n'est pas recommandé pour les raisons suivantes : 1. Le deuxième étage de la maison, si une voiture de grande taille passe par la fenêtre? La résonance est produite dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner thaïlandais près de lui, il n'y a pratiquement rien à manger si je suis en retard. Et ce qui est le plus tôt, c'est un truc, ne vous attendez pas trop. Les murs de la chambre sont un peu sales. Il y a deux chaînes dans la télé. En général, 600 yuan ne se sentent pas confortables une nuit, puis la chambre à l'égal prix devant le Palais de l'eau est plus chaude

Le plus gros avantage de cet hôtel est son emplacement. Il est particulièrement pratique pour sortir pour affaires, faire du shopping et manger. Surtout pour manger, en plein centre de Roppongi. Quand j'y suis allé, il y avait l'état d'urgence au Japon. La plupart des restaurants fermaient à 20 heures et ne servaient pas de boissons. Roppongi a toujours des bars et des restaurants ouverts comme d'habitude

L'emplacement de la station de métro la plus proche n'est ni loin ni proche non plus. environ 600 m. Quelques autres stations situées séparément de 700 m à 1 km. Ce n'est pas pratique si vous amenez des personnes âgées. Lawson situé au sous-sol, très facile d'accès depuis le hall de l'hôtel. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un vieil hôtel, la chambre est confortable et n’a pas l’air très vieille, surtout quand on a vue sur la tour de Tokyo depuis sa fenêtre.

L'emplacement est pratique et la chambre est propre et bien rangée. Parce qu'il s'agit d'une chambre twin, la chambre est relativement spacieuse pour un hôtel du centre-ville de Tokyo, et il y a de la place pour deux valises au sol pour se déplacer. La salle de bain est plus grande que prévu. Du moins, pas sans possibilité de faire demi-tour. Il y a plusieurs miroirs, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de prendre un miroir lorsque vous sortez avec vos amis le matin. Le Wifi est fluide et le service de nettoyage de la chambre tous les jours est également très soigné. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés le premier jour, il y avait de la poussière dans le sac de produits de nettoyage dans la salle de bain. J'espère que le personnel de l'hôtel pourra être plus prudent lors du nettoyage.

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

This hotel is lovely. Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff and very clean and comfortable. My wife and kids (ages 10) and I stayed here. The hotel has everything you need. There is laundry, drinks in the lobby and a 711 next door. Very close to subway stations and good restaurants are all around. Room top deck is nice. Highly Recommend. Book with confidence. We'll be back again. Thanks Sui Akasaka!

Le personnel de la réception est excellent, et le plus utile, en particulier deux gentlemen, Laxman et un gentleman que je suppose était le chef de la réception, mais n'a pas pu prendre le nom. J'étais en voyage avec une blessure à la jambe et j'ai trouvé un niveau de service élevé qui vient venir pour aider et faire ce voyage avec mon fils Sandro, une vraie bonne mémoire. La culture de l'entreprise, en tant que nettoyeurs et superviseurs, a probablement montré la même volonté et la même compréhension.

J'ai séjourné une nuit. A proximité de la croisière de six bois, l'extérieur de la gare est arrivé à l'hôtel avec des magasins, restaurants et pharmacies confortables. Il y a tout ce qui est pratique. La chambre a besoin de quelque chose et un nettoyeur d'air à l'aide de la poudre. Non petit, mais pas généreux ..., je pense toujours que la production unique est douce. Dans l'hôtel de commerce, j'ai utilisé des chambres, pas carte 々 depuis longtemps. Les sentiments du personnel de la réception ne sont pas trop aimables, pas très généreux, mais très modestes, mais l'atmosphère est très bonne.

２ Il y a une nuit, mais depuis la station de la barre de la ligne de la campagne de Millennium jusqu'à la station de Wang Jiangshan, il est très pratique, il y a des fruits de pommes de terre et de l'eau peu coûteuse. La chambre a aussi une grande fenêtre, vous pouvez ouvrir, donc la ventilation est très bonne.
