This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

L'hôtel est très bon, la chambre est brillante, le lobby est très grand, il y a un parking gratuit. Mais après avoir séjourné dans la péninsule de Tokyo, il y a un parking absolument plus bas que le bas, le garde-house est très attentif à lui, beaucoup de gens ont détaché la gauche, et soigneusement, le journal est écoulé et le plancher est placé sur le sol, et le bébé vous aidera à le prendre. Les employés sont gentils et habituels, parfois ils se comportent comme des gentils, vous voulez dire bonjour, contre la péninsule, la péninsule est pleine de détonations!

Io e mio marito abbiamo dormito qui per tre notti e siamo stati molto bene. La posizione è il loro punto forte, in quanto è vicinissima alla stazione metro. La colazione non è inclusa ma all'ingresso sono sempre disponibili a tutti maschere viso, pettini da viaggio, tè ecc. Unica pecca, non c'è il distributore gratuito di acqua che invece abbiamo trovato in tutti gli altri hotel in cui abbiamo pernottato in Giappone. Le stanze sono molto piccole ma è lo standard per loro, infatti facevamo fatica ad aprire le valigie. Nonostante ciò, hanno tutto il necessario, phon, ciabatte, bollitore, aria condizionata ecc.

Après avoir volé en Australie et été pris à l' aéroport , il a été agréable de aller à l' hôtel et de se détendre un peu . Il a été très agréable de prendre une salle de bains chaude sur le haut du sol, de l'eau chaude, l'une des salles de bains était ouverte à l'air frais, de belles pour recevoir une brise fraîche sur vous pendant que dans l'eau chaude . Tous vos savons , shampooing , sèche-cheveux conditionnés sont là pour votre usage , utilisés le matin et la nuit . Tout est sans spot et le personnel est bon , Le petit déjeuner de bord de smorgas était de première classe , grande variété et très frais , nous avons dû mettre sur des gants en plastique pour servir sont de la nourriture propre , donc l' hôtel fait tout ce qui est juste pour nous garder en sécurité , Il resterait certainement ici , il est proche de la station qui est important pour nous .

L'emplacement de la station de métro la plus proche n'est ni loin ni proche non plus. environ 600 m. Quelques autres stations situées séparément de 700 m à 1 km. Ce n'est pas pratique si vous amenez des personnes âgées. Lawson situé au sous-sol, très facile d'accès depuis le hall de l'hôtel. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un vieil hôtel, la chambre est confortable et n’a pas l’air très vieille, surtout quand on a vue sur la tour de Tokyo depuis sa fenêtre.

À partir de la réservation de Le Tian, un courrier de l'hôtel sur les demandes a été reçu environ une heure après la demande de la chambre éloignée. Jusqu'à présent, j'ai vécu de nombreux hôtels partout, mais j'ai reçu pour la première fois des courriels d'hôtel, donc j'ai répondu en détail à l'hôtel avant de rester. (^^) Bien que la réservation soit effectuée par l'OTA (Letian Travel), pas par la réservation du site officiel! Nous sommes en fait prêts à prendre les pièces requises. L'accès à la gare est proche de la porte, mais il y a un endroit à la rue, donc un peu difficile de trouver. Aller dans la direction de la première ville de Kyoto, La tour de gauche entre le bâtiment Wework (avec des signes) et le bâtiment de production de la galerie de films est visible. La chambre est très longue, mais le lit est très large. Il y a un siège sur la scène, un port USB ･ LAN, un panneau de lit avec un siège, deux ports USB et chaque interrupteur d'éclairage. La télévision est Panasonic 32 pouces. Vous pouvez également voir des miroirs. Vous regardez des bâtiments, des appartements, etc. Les chargeurs de téléphones portables sont empruntés sur la réception. En raison de l'effet du soleil, quatre pains sont prêts pour le petit-déjeuner léger sur la réception. Pour toute raison, il y aura un souffle après l'ouverture de l'interrupteur de réfrigérateur. Le climatisation est séparé et l'efficacité est bonne. Parce que c'est très froid, alors si vous êtes chauffé, fixer la température 23 ℃, mais plus sudé (--;) au moment de votre séjour, vérifiez la température, confirmez la carte d'identité, les mesures de protection individuelle et de protection individuelle sont très parfaites. Très petite, mais le café et le verre de la chambre sont inappropriés, un peu désolé.

Hôtel de la mer à haut prix, adapté à un simple séjour de voyage seul, une gestion très parfaite, les hommes et les femmes se séparent des différents niveaux, les toilettes communes sont complètes. La chambre est un petit kit de poche sans porte, il y a des articles précieux, il y a un peu de gêne dans la nuit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic hotel and would highly recommend. The room was incredible clean, comfortable and well made up, and the service from everyone we came across was very efficient and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and well worth the money. The location is excellent - peaceful yet close to a number of restaurants and stations with great links around the city. The hotel were also very accommodating of our extremely late night check in after a late landing which we really appreciated.

L'emplacement est génial ! Il se trouve à 3 minutes à pied de la gare Shimbashi JR. Il est très pratique de prendre la ligne Chuo Line Yamanote vers divers sites pittoresques de Tokyo, et le transport est également très pratique. Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique avec les touristes chinois. Bien que leur maîtrise de l'anglais varie, cela n'affecte pas leur attitude et la qualité du service. Les petites chambres sont un problème courant dans tous les hôtels abordables au Japon. Cependant, j'ai personnellement l'impression que le lit est un peu inconfortable et un peu trop dur. Cependant, c'est une question d'opinion et je suis toujours prêt à recommander cet hôtel à tout le monde. .

Cet hôtel est le meilleur choix pour les participants au pavillon international de Tokyo. À Shinbashi, vous pouvez emprunter la ligne des mouettes directement jusqu'au pavillon. La chambre est petite, mais l'équipement est très bon, si vous n'avez pas besoin de nettoyer la chambre, il y aura un remboursement. Le restaurant au deuxième étage de l'hôtel propose une bonne cuisine occidentale. Le café et le thé du matin sont gratuits. La nuit, il y a des frais, mais parce que les matériaux sont très durs, de nombreuses personnes en ont mangé tous les soirs récemment. La chambre offre également un accès internet mobile illimité, très intimiste !

A pied à la gare du nouveau pont environ 10 minutes. Le lit et le lit sont très propres, la chambre de bain a une salle de striptease, ce qui est très bon. Il y a aussi un cabinet de stockage avec un sac à main. Le sac est lui-même enrobé, il n'y a pas de place pour ouvrir la bagage. Et l'espace public n'a mis qu'un petit bureau devant l'ascenseur. Si les bagages sont moins nombreux, je me sens bien.

Nous avons réservé la chambre double. Il n'y avait même pas de place pour ouvrir une de nos grandes valises, donc je me demande si cette chambre double est une option appropriée pour les touristes de l'étranger qui veulent faire des courses ! Il semble que la chambre double soit pour les locaux qui ne nécessitent pas une grande valise pour les vacances mais peut-être un sac de dos ou une petite valise. Le petit déjeuner est très bon pour vous, mais vous n'avez pas besoin de vous amuser. Vous pouvez également ouvrir deux bagages confortablement! A part la question de la taille des chambres doubles, les lits étaient confortables et il était en général un hôtel très propre. Nous avons utilisé le lave-vaisselle deux fois et c'était une bonne expérience. Aime la salle de salon au niveau 12 aussi. Le plus proche station de Shimbashi, à environ 8-10 minutes à pied, est également située à proximité de la station de Shimbashi. Ils n'ont pas d'échelles de bagages mais nous ont emprunté des échelles normales où nous avons réussi à peser nos bagages mais nous avons combattu un peu.
