It was a great place to sightsee around Tokyo. Close to the subway station, bus terminal, convenient stores:)

清潔で部屋も広く、快適に過ごせました。 2段ベッドが珍しくて楽しかったです。 フロントのスタッフも親切で助かりました。 バスタブは無かったのですが、シャワーがあるので問題ありません。 提供されているシャンプー&コンディショナーだけでは髪がギシギシしたので、ヘアオイルなど準備したほうが良いかもしれません。 ホットプレートをフロントで借りて、友達とたこ焼きパーティーを楽しみました♪ また機会があれば利用したいです。

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits avec ma femme, moi, mes 2 enfants 10 et 12 ans ainsi qu'un ami à nous. Nous étions dans un appart hôtel où nous avions un frigo et une petite cuisine ce qui est très pratique. Concernant la litterie nous avions 2 lits simples + 3 futons rien à dire très confortable. Très proche de la station de métro "Suitengumae" à même pas 5mn à pied ainsi que le transfert pour l'aéroport. Hôtel très bien situé pour les grandes attractions touristiques. Le personnel est très gentil. De plus j'ai même eu le droit à une attention particulière pour mon anniversaire. Hôtel très propre. Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel pour une visite sur Tokyo. Nous en sommes ravis.

We are a party or 5 with two young children. We stayed at Mimaru Nihombashi Suitengumae for one week plus and it was such a wonderful stay. The room is very clean, spacious and complete with all the necessary amenities. The location is also only 3 min walk to nearby station (Suitengumae station) and 1 min walk to Lawson, Seven Eleven, etc. All the staff are very helpful and professional; especially Chhimi! She deserve a raise! I lost a shopping bag in a taxi, and she help me contacted the taxi company, and made the arrangement for my belongings to be delivered to the hotel! Excellent services overall, thank you so much Mimaru, we will definitely come back!

Amazing room size! Great for family or group of friend. We can all open our full size luggage in the room without having any issues It’s more like a service apartment which you are able to cook in the room, fully equipped kitchen and a fridge Hotel staffs are really nice and helpful Close to the metro station and airport bus station You will fall in love with this accommodation :)

We stayed at the Mimaru Suitengumae Nihombashi for our 10 day visit to Tokyo in April. It was a great base for us as it was only a short walk to several different metro lines. Our family of four stayed in a family suite with bunk beds, and everyone enjoyed having a lot of space. We used the basic but well-equipped kitchen to make several meals and bought groceries at the Hanamasa store (7 minute walk away). Having a large TV and big dining table was great. There are a handful of restaurants within a few minutes walk, but much more if you go 10 minutes. We appreciated the daily cleaning routine and full cleaning every few days. The on-site coin laundry machines saved us a lot of time (there’s a change machine and detergent is automatically added). The staff was fantastic and very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help us receive some courier packages. Special thanks to Michelle and the rest of the front desk crew! Overall I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located close by 2 train stations which makes it very accessible. It’s spacious for a family of 5 and comfortable. The bathroom has separate toilet room from the shower room which makes it very convenient. Some cons: -Horrendous WiFi connection. If you have to work, I would not recommend this hotel as there’s no direct Ethernet connection to the internet. It’s slow and spotty at best. -non cleaning. We stayed here for a week and while they did replace the towels and cleared the garbage, I wish they would at least vacuum every other day. We had a toddler with us and it’s nearly impossible to keep crumbs from collecting. -Lots of dust and lint flying around.

We absolutely loved this hotel and the front desk staff! We stayed for 6 nights during our first trip to Japan, and everything was amazing. Researching where to stay in Tokyo can be overwhelming. There is so much to consider. Some places are too pricey, rooms are too small, etc. I was. Ot familiar with this neighborhood, but it was perfect: quiet and no more thank 15 minutes to major areas. The rooms here are so spacious, plus there is a stove, microwave, refrigerator and plates, pots, and utensils. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were a good size, too. The hotel is a few minutes to Suitengumae station and at least 3 convenience stores. There are also many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The front desk staff was incredible! They answered all our questions, provided recommendations, helped us get tickets to Tokyo Skytree, and so much more. We enjoyed chatting with them every day. Without a doubt, we will be staying here during our next trip to Japan, which I hope is sooner rather than later. Thank you to everyone at the front desk for making our stay absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Mimaru hotel because the room and facilities were very clean and tidy. Our first impression of the hotel was excellent because of the friendly and helpful assistance provided by Somit on the front desk. It was really useful that he spoke English so we could ask him for recommendations on places to go and restaurants to eat at. Somit certainly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best possible and was regularly asking us about our plans and proactively giving us recommendations to make our life easier. The hotel is conveniently located to the Suitengumae station and if you walk a bit further, you can catch trains from Ningyocho station, both are very convenient. Even though the hotel is located to a busy highway, we didn't hear any noise from the traffic.

Great home for family of 4, esp with the option of Japanese style futon beds. short walk to tcat and to several train stations. quiet neighbourhood, a few eateries in the area, several convenience stores. we'll equipped apartment, would stay again

Highly recommend this hotel. Chhimey from reception was particularly helpful going above and beyond to help us. We had purchased some expensive chef knives at a particular shop that required sharpening. When we went to collect them the store was closed. We had a pre booked tour the following morning before flying home early the next day. This meant that could not collect the knives before going home. Chhimey went and collected them for us and brought back to the hotel. Amazing service!!
