Avis : Richmond Hotel Tokyo Mejiro

C'était un bon séjour, malgré l'aspect vieillot de l'hôtel. Quelques taches sur la moquette. Le personnel était très aimable et attentionné. À quelques pas de la gare de Mejiro. Merci à l'Hôtel Richmond !

Le meilleur hôtel où nous ayons séjourné au Japon jusqu'à présent. Il est proche de la gare de Mejiro. Ce n'est pas un quartier animé, donc les trains ne sont pas bondés, contrairement à Tokyo ou Akihabara. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très bon. Beaucoup de choix, même s'il est le même tous les jours. Il y a une boisson de bienvenue que nous avons oubliée. N'hésitez pas à la consommer immédiatement.

I went to Richmond Hotel Tokyo Mejiro with my son, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The hotel is just 5mins away from the train station. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!

Decent hotel for an afforable price and Great service

This hotel is always my first choice to stay in Japan trip. Good location , just 3 mins walk from JR station. The hotel staffa are really nice and helpful to settle the problem.

Very good! Room was very spacious and good amenities. Staff were very kind and room although was not in the city centre, was super close to the JR Yamanote line.

โรงแรมก็อยู่ใกล้สถานีมากๆ เป็นสถานีที่ไม่วุ่นวาย ที่อยู่ในใจกลางของโตเกียว เป็นสถานีรถไฟเล็กๆ พนักงาน ต้อนรับ ดีทุกช่วงเวลา มี อุปกรณ์ amenity ที่หน้า Front มีเครื่องแลกเงินหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ ยังสามารถส่ง กระเป๋าเดินทางไปยังโอซาก้าให้ เป็นบริการที่ดีมาก การเดินทางนี้แต่ก็ยังมี Welcome drink ให้ เรื่องมากมายประทับใจอย่างยิ่งแนะนำมากๆค่ะ

位置： 位置極好，重成田機場到酒店可搭skyliner，在日暮裡站轉JY山手線，可直達目白站，大約只需一小時。月台有升降機直達酒店的出口。出站後，步行約五分鐘就行到酒店。 從這間酒店搭山手線到新宿站，只需15分鐘左右 ，非常方便安排由新宿出發到東京郊外的行程。 服務： 我個人的經歷就不太理想。酒店的工作人員英語水平低，連基本單字的英文也不是全都明白。我第一晚到酒店發現被安排入住一間正對著升降機的房間，於是要求換房。由於英語不通，前台工作人員要使用翻譯機我我溝通，我當然也要用google translate回話，結果花了足足一個小時才處理好換**情，實在令人失望。 早餐： 我一年住了6晚，每天早餐幾乎是一模一樣。 我明白三星酒店的早餐不會有很多選擇，但至少可以每天更換多一些菜式。 住宿；酒店最好的服務是提供包羅萬有的日用品，連牙籤 髮尾油尾、卸妝液 等等都有。
